The one piece of detail I am looking for I cannot find. I have the PRIMO top loader and the Flow is terrible. Do you have any idea which one has the best flow?

@@joneishamoreno2944 terrible flow. Slow stream. Frustration. I’m going for the Avalon bottom loader, self cleaning. Twice the price of the Primo, but is more primo.

I have the Avalon and within a few months it became moldy. Despite multiple deep cleaning sessions with the cleaning kit it hasn’t been removed. We have stopped using it.

which one you have now? i got avalon for 2 years and right now it doesnt work

@@writtenbypanda I have an Avalon I don’t remember the model but I got it at BJ’s and it has the stainless steel exterior with hot, cold and extra cold water. I have not purchased a new one and we have just been buying bottled water.

The old style top-loading units are less problems, but the bottles are heavy.

Primo is not good. I have owned two and neither lasted more than 3 years. The motor/pump dies. More junk for the landfills.
