Best Water Filter For Washing Cars!

An actual PPM count would be nice. Reviews are saying this does not remove much hard water, so it would not lover the ppm count and therefore leave water spots.

im currently buying all new detailing shit and ive been researching a damn water filter for 3 days straight and only one ive found that seems to work is the CR Spotless Water Systems which is 430 fooking dollars.

Bought this filter to see if it could reduce my current 220 PPM before going into my DI filter. Was hoping to save the longevity of my DI resin. Didn’t change the PPM at all. Please let me know if anyone is seeing a change in their PPM with this filter. I’m sending this thing back as soon as the filter dries. Waste of time.

This system doesn't work, and the guy who made the video basically made a video of him filling up 2 buckets of water. I hope he doesn't fly planes for a living.

Cool video, how many GPM can the filter flow? My pressure washers 4 GPM. And besides not leaving water spots when it dries do you find that you get better cleaning power as well? Meaning, the effectiveness of your soap? Thanks! Oh and sweet Truck!!

thanks so much for enjoying the video! My main reason for getting a water filter is to get the little pieces of minerals out of the water so it doesnt swirl my paint. I spend a ton of money on paint corrections ppf and ceramic coatings i dont want to have any impurities in the water. Some say purified water foams more but i really couldnt tell you if thats the case or not as I have only washed my cars with a filter attached to the pressure washer. I will get back to you on the GPM.

It’s not a bed resin filter! It’s a carbon filter. Carbon filter will not do anything for water spots, and ppm will be high.
