Hello, this is my take on making healthy vegetarian dolmas. traditionally dolma is made with rice and meat which can be quite heavy and high in fat. This method is an alternative for those who want to cook a healthier version. It is really tasty and also something different to try.

What is that you put on top of the dolmas before adding the sumac water? Lemongrass? Also, can you post recipe with ingredient amounts? This looks great, I’d like to try making them! Thank you.
