Welcome to the first of many, How to Fillet videos! I wanted to start this series and help you guys learn how to clean any saltwater fish species that comes your way! This is the first of many fish cleaning videos I have planned for this year. Yellowtail snapper are abundant in Florida waters and are one of the tastiest and best eating fish we have in the tropics. In this video I show you how to prepare the fish the traditional filleted way or with the skin on, for a seared preparation.
