Exactly. A 5'6'' - 70kg person with fat % of 25 won't need 140 gm of protein. While a 70 kg person with the same height but 12% fat will need a higher amount of protein than the former one.

For my vegan friends, the best plant protein source according to digestibility score is potato with a score of 1.00 however it is impossible to complete your your protein intake from potato. So the next best alternative is soy isolate and pea isolate with scores of 0.98 and 0.89.

It is not realistically possible to eat 5 times a day or even 4 heavy meals. If someone's whole life is not body building you can atmost take 3 heavy meals and one minor meal. Also including 30-40g per meal is also a bit difficult especially for vegetarians. I work 12-9 office and with my 100% effort able to take 80-100g protein a day at 70kg weight. That include whey once a day. Because its 8 hrs of office, 2 hours gym, 2 hours daily routine, 2 hours of leisure, 7-8 hours sleep. Now you have 2-3 hours left for 150g protein intake. Best of luck.

In sabko aache se manage kar ske to baat ban sakti hai, but ye bhoot tough hoga, thoda balance out karne k liye ek Whey protein supplement le lo, kafi aacha rahega. I mean need to puri ho hi jayegi , pr apne ko diet bhoot maintain karni padegi 🥹🥹🥹. M kafi time se ye sab plan kr rha hu, jldi hi gym join kruga. plne bhi krta tha, pr tab non-veg. tha 😁😁. Abki baar as a Veg. jauga. Your suggestions are welcome ..... Kuch aacha pta chalega to m add on karlunga. 😉

Please don't share incomplete information. You should inform people about the meaning of lean body mass. Lean body mass (LBM) refers to the weight of everything in the body except for body fat. I am a tall guy, around 6 feet (178cm) in height, and my lean body mass is 60kg. So, the ideal protein intake for me should be around 96-132g of protein. If you are a vegetarian, you can consider incorporating soya chunks (150g) into your diet, which alone provide 78g of protein. You can easily combine them with chapatis and other food items. Some people may express concerns about isoflavones in soya chunks leading to gynecomastia. However, if you follow the safe limit set by the FDA, which is 400mg of isoflavones, you would need to consume more than 600g of soya chunks to exceed this limit. An average serving of soya chunks (100g) contains only 40-60g of isoflavones.
