At age 69 I find I must trim my unruly eyebrows every week or so and this is the first video I've seen on what to do with my white brow hairs. Very informative. Movie? Too many faves. Hi Else. I use Covergirl Easy Breezy Brow Gel. I’m lucky my brows regrew after the thin brow trend in the ‘70s. But those wiry, white hairs are a challenge! I snip them when they get too long and wild! Love your eye shadow look!

Thank you for the brow help. I'm 67 and suddenly my eyebrows started to look gold when I looked in the mirror. I just couldn't get my trusty eyebrow pencil to cover the whiteish color under the brown. It's making me nuts. So I'm going to try some of your suggestions. As far as movies, I have a ton. One I love very much is Sleepless in Seattle, there is Moonstruck with Olympia Dukakis and Cher that has some of everything in it. Splendor in the Grass with Natalie Wood, The Days of Wine and Roses with Jack Lemon, pretty much all of Leiem Neisen's movies, Love Actually with Hugh Grant I adore, again, I have many. The newest one I recently saw was called "It Ends With Us" I thought it was very good. Enjoy!

Army here!✋🏻😩 I’ve tried everything! Mens mustache and beard dye which lasts maybe 2 days tops on the grey hairs and I’ve tried numerous times expecting a different result…😅. It works well on the other hairs and with every application those non-grey hairs get darker and darker which is fine if you’re a brunette but way to harsh for my age and blue eyed type of fair complexion. I’ve also tried powder/wax combos, pomades, mascara type of brow products galore. Benefit’s was the best for me but they changed the formula some years ago and the new one doesn’t work as well as it did for me. Anastasia pomade was the first thing recommended to me probably 10 years ago and like with you, it was a no go for me. I tried Wunderbrow too but didn’t like it. I guess I didn’t try all those techniques but I found out the first try that the applicator supplied doesn’t work well. It’s just too hard to use. Most products look heavy and powdery. I heard about using regular mascara before but never could find a brown mascara so I gave up looking and forgot about until now. I’m going to try to find some again! Thank you for the reminder! Mascara is made to go around eyes so it can’t hurt and it won’t look powdery and artificial theoretically!😉Thank you for your channel with great tips,tricks and recommendations for older women❤

Hi, Chris--Thanks so much for your very kind words. Oh my gosh, you have tried everything! And isn't it frustrating when a formula that worked well is changed?! (Or when a lipstick color you've loved and worn for years is discontinued?) You'd think after all the years that Wunderbrow has been on the market that they might have changed the applicator which I can't imagine really works well for anyone. Since doing this video, I've discovered another brow gel (in addition to ABH Dip Brow) that does cover white and grey brow hairs. Good morning Elise ! This was a wonderful video . I have salt and pepper hair. My pepper is very dark almost black hair . My brows are practically black with a few white hairs and have thinned a bit . It is hard to find a brow product to fill in , because many browns turn red . One I have found that matches well is Browluxe pencil in Coal . I have tried a few brow gels but as you said they put a lot of product on . Will take a look at wunderbrow and brow dip. I've used Hair Color for Men several times. I don't have many white brow hairs, but my brow hairs are sparse. I found using the dye darkened those fine hairs that we normally don't see and made my brows look thicker.

Great advice, thanks! I have a few white brow hairs but I didn’t worry much about them until one freakish white hair started growing to an insane length. It was over an inch long when I first discovered it, and I plucked it out immediately. Unfortunately it keeps coming back. It’s like some displaced hair that should be growing from a man’s beard, not my eyebrows 😖 Damn free radicals destroying my hair follicle cells

I have one that's thick and black as midnight that also grows to an insane length . . . and it's next to a thick white one that tries to outdo it in length. Who knew our brows would change so much! Great video! I recently tried the Wunder brow product and it really does work better than others. I live in New York State and they banned a year or so ago brow tinting in hair salons. All I can think is if the State regulators think that tinting brows is dangerous in the hands of professionally trained and licensed cosmetologists, how dangerous could it be for me to apply myself? I guess the formulation was not reviewed or approved by the FDA.

I'm retired so have a lot of time on my hands, especially since I'm in WA state and this isn't the most auspicious time of the year to be outdoors, unless you're into cold weather outdoor activities, which I'm not. Anyway, I've probably watched nearly 40 or 50 different content creators who primarily focus on dealing with makeup for gray haired ladies and you're the second person that mentioned JustforMen. I want to try it because it's supposed to last until the gray grows back, which could be 4-8 weeks. Problem was the other videos didn't tell you where to get the proper tools to apply the product with. Thank you, so much, for revealing this.

Hi Elise! This is certainly timely for me. I've been battling some coarse white hairs in one of my eyebrows for a while now. And why only one eyebrow? LOL! I haven't plucked but I do have to trim now and again. I really like ABH products so I think I'll order that one and give it a try. As for movies, every time someone asks me that, it's always the same one that pops up first in my mind. It's called "It Started With Eve" from 1941 and stars Robert Cummings, Deanna Durbin, and Charles Laughton. Such an entertaining and fun movie!

Hi, Linda--Yes, isn't it the strangest thing that only one brow can be affected? The same holds true for me. White hairs are popping up in my right brow but not my left! So strange! I do hope the ABH product works for you. Something to be aware of is that sometimes there's too much on the brush initially so it's helpful to wipe it off a bit on the inside edge of the tube. I've been using this: L'Oreal Paris Micro Ink Pen by Brow Stylist, Longwear Brow Tint, Hair-Like Effect, Up to 48HR Wear. It's like a marker that comes in a five shades, with a comb-like felt tip that makes hair-like marks on skin (if you press to skin) or just colors existing hairs if you stay on the surface. I love it. I started using it a few years ago when I lost my brows to chemo, but I kept using it when some strands came in grey/white.

Hi, Barbara--Well, it will involve some experimenting to see what color will work best for you. Usually a blonde or taupe shade can work. Or a light grey. But usually grey eyebrow pencils are quite dark. Is your hair all white now or a mix of color? If it's all white now, what color was it before? A lighter version of your original hair color can also sometimes work. If you still have quite a bit of eyebrow hair, it might work best to try to fill in with powders since you can really customize powder colors more easily to suite your preference. Things do get a little more complicated as the years roll by!

Well I'm blonde so you'd think it wouldn't matter, but what I eventually realised was that although I'm blonde, or was, now I'm white and silver and blonde, my brows were always a bit darker. They also had a lovely shape and laid flat against my skin. Then as I got older, I realised that (a) you couldn't see my brows. At. All. And (b) there were those wild and crazy eyebrow hairs that were just in business for themselves.
