10:16 - My favorite wheel setup currently: Magene EXAR DB508 w/ TPU tubes. 50mm front, 58mm rear. External width 30mm internal width 23mm which stretches 28c GP5000s to 30mm at the rim. $1200. Carbon spokes, 54t star ratchet hub. Weighs 1366g. Truthfully I ended up disliking tubeless (for road) and did not see any benefits of running either 30 or 32c tires. Too sluggish. But this is rider weight and road condition dependent. Craft Race Works CS5060 is also a fantastic wheel, but maybe too pricey for most people coming from a Chinese brand. Great video kind sir!

Always appreciate the feedback Patty! 🙏🏾 The 28s look good on a 23 internal width wheel. The wheel to tire transition looks seamless! Got about 75miles on the TPUs and they are feeling good. Trying to dial in my PSI. Currently running 70/70PSI with the Enve SES 31mm tires but Imma drop it down a bit in the 60s and see how they do. #RobbArmstrong

I did a compromise and I put 30s tubeless on my new madone. I didn’t want to go 28 because I wanted more comfort. 32s i think feel too pillowly, like a Cadillac. I never ran tubeless before but about 1000 miles on these tires I got a puncture that didn’t quite seal enough so I put a plug in. It. Lost about 10 psi and kept riding. That procedure took about one minute compared to 10 to 15 minutes, changing a innertube on the side of the road.

Love watching the weight weenie journey unfold haha, I saw @addictcyclist video as well which I enjoyed... I recently went from Continental butyl tubes to RideNow TPU 19g, saving 172g across both wheels. I run GP5000 25mm (measure 28mm on my 21mm ID rims) we are lucky we have nice roads here no need for wider.

@@robbarmstrong8702 they feel good to me, I don't really notice the plastic feel much they just spin a bit faster than the heavy butyl tubes. I am running 83/86 psi at 185lbs body weight. I haven't ever tried tubeless on the road, only on my mountain bike so I can't compare the feel directly.

I’ve purchased about Six(6) different 11-Speed joints and had ZERO issues with any of them. I’ve purchased Three(3) 12-Speed cassettes and one of them was trash! For the price it’s worth the experiment. #RobbArmstrong

@VincentShumai I don’t remember all the Brands I’ve used. One of them was ZTTO. I would say ensure it has the specs you want: Gear Ratio, Weight, Color. #RobbArmstrong
