BEST WHEELS & TIRES FOR THE BMW F30 // VMR V801

Today on JD Cars we are finally getting the F30 off of its winter wheels and tires and onto a sweet new set of VMR V801 wheels wrapped in Michelin Pilot Sport 4S tires! This is a square set of 19x9.5 wheels with 35 offset and 255/35/ZR19 tires (my apologies for misspeaking in the video). The finish on these VMR wheels is a beautiful Titanium Black Shadow finish on the face. Overall, I am very happy with this setup and I wouldn't change a thing. Thanks for watching! I've had these wheels over a year now. Put about 30K miles on them. They look great, and fit great. The only issue I have with them is the finish on my wheels (hyper silver) really haven't held up the best. I have a lot of knicks from rocks/road debris. Then they stand out a ton because the coating underneath is black and makes the damage stand out. Love the look, not to crazy about the finish quality.

Huh thats strange that there's a black finish underneath the hypersilver. I totally agree though.. sweet wheels. I bet you could probably get touchup paint!

That's a lot of poke up front. Apparently you can get the actual 666m 20" rims to fit on the F30 with a little rear Fender roll. Much nicer wheel with a deep concave and 20"

This is off topic...but would you consider doing a vid on the transmission speed sensors?..dirty and malfunctioning sensors seem to lead to stalling, and depending on the gear, limp mode...it would be good to see location at least, if not replacing yourself...since it doesn't seem to be common knowledge...if you can't, appreciate your channel either way.

Do 335 and 328 have same suspension?? I have base 328i with stock 17s I want to upgrade to 19s but Im worried about the wheel gap. If mine comes out looking like yours after getting 19s on stock suspension it would be perfect because I don't want to lower it.
