For budget headphones I've always had pretty good luck with Mpow. Of course, they got themselves banned from Amazon for offering coupons for reviews, but they've had pretty good sound quality and even mic quality in my experience. I think the current ones I have cost me all of $13.

@@LuckyStrikeTech I may have just been lucky with them but so far so good and I've been using them for several years now. Of course, you basically have get them from Walmart's website(or the MPow site but usually cheaper elsewhere due to them doing wholesale deals), and then there are so many sellers with sometimes wildly different price points. Even the more "expensive" options are usually in the "less than $50" range. I currently have the BH357 model, but looks like it's sold out. I've also used their BH439 Air model and a noise-canceling wireless Bluetooth set. They've all been pretty good, especially since I think the most expensive was $35.
