This fire pit is one of a few covered pits that is on the list kzbin.infoUgkxAU9pOCSV9Y5JprooHvfxTpOrt4hx8uRM of approved products for Disney Fort Wilderness. The product served its purpose well and provided excellent fires throughout the evening. We were able to open the door and do s'mores, but I had to be careful because the handle was a bit hot on occasions. Additionally, I wish they had replaced some of the standard nuts with lock nuts in some places. We lost the door handle after just a couple of days of usage. Not a deal breaker, just a recommendation. I still give it 5 stars.

My old Vogelzang boxwood is a monster BTU producer. It went thru a building fire and was resurrected with a wire brush shine. A no nonsense wood burner.

Make sure the smoke doesn't escape into the room because if you fall asleep with smoke escaping heater, you can die in your sleep.

Comparing stoves is to be done with getting the amount of BTUs in an hour using the same volume of wood of equal dryness. Cat.stoves win but are heavier and very very. dear to buy.

In Alaska I had a small squirrel wood stove. Only used white birch, had zero creosote on the pipe. I bit the bullet and got a 5 ton wood splitter that actually fit in a Honda Fit car. The spitter was invaluable.

@3:20 you say it's pretty rare to give a top 5 star rating doesn't say much for the product your sponsoring. There's probably no improvements been made for 2023 as the prices increase each year.

Useless information buy someone who knows absolutely nothing about wood stoves. I used a wood stove (PolarTherm) for over 20 years. Each installation is a little different. Size and insulation of house being heated. Placement of stove. Size and technology of stove being used. Height/length of chimney. Each installation is a learning experience.
