I totally agree with you about the TF Iconic Smoke eyeshadow. I cannot layer blue colors, they make dirty paches and look almost the same, the nude color looks like a concealer on me, the brown color is useless and I didn't touch it, but the whole makeup looks like the most magnificent makeup on me 😂 I don't understand how it works. And it fades on me after several hours, but anyway in the end of the day it also looks magic. I am disappointed and surprised at the same time. The most controversial palette ever.

Wow. I'm surprised you hate the louboutin foundation! It is my HG! It doesn't crack or break up. I love the amount of coverage. it doesn't sink into fine lines at all. I found the Prada got dry around the nose and the coverage was very meh and didn't last. The only word of caution with the Louboutin is the neutral shades pull very warm, so the cool shades are actually a true neutral

I appreciate your honest opinions in these videos! I like Lisa Eldridge and think she's immensely talented as a makeup artist. But I find that it's so hard to get honest reviews of her products, since so many people conflate her products with her as a person and end up gushing over every single thing she releases. I was thinking about her liner and mascara, but it's almost $70 for both, and that's a lot of money for something that isn't going to deliver a truly exceptional experience compared to either what I already have or products that are a fraction of the price.

Wow I had the complete opposite reaction to her mascara. I had my eyebrows threaded today and when I had to hold down my lid for her I thought uh oh it’s going to smudge, nope my lashes still looked great and no smudging or flaking all day. Another plus it kept my lashes curled all day.❤. Wait till the summer temps here in Texas, we have a saying, we really only have 2 seasons hot and hotter😂

I really like the Lisa Eldridge Kitten Flick liner because I have hooded eyes and it is hard for me to use a lot of products because the line is too thick. I wish I had eyes like yours where you can actually see the eyeshadow once you open my eyes! I am definitely buying the two colors in the Dior liquid highlighter.

Wow! You look stunning! I got LE mascara and I love it. I have decent lashes yet had a lot of issues with smudging under my right eye (strange!). I tried and tested high and low over the course of the last two years and did not find the perfect one for me. Kitten lash is great: no smuding, tested ona normal work day which means at least 11 hours weartime, went on a hike (a lot of sweating) and "enjoyed" a rainy day as well as I forgot my umbrella. I like how soft my lashes feel and it is easy to remove. I ordered not one but two back-ups. I do not wish to use any other mascara again. I do love especially your lipstick!

We spend so much money on makeup, so if something doesn’t work, I always return😉You saved me money.i don’t really like foundation look, I actually haven’t bought new foundation, for couple years now. Well since I got Chanel water fresh updated one, which I do not like. I love OG one, and I also love Valmont Majestique serum foundation. I am looking at 2 now, the new Sisley, which got great reviews, as being very natural. Also I am thinking to try La prairie compact foundation. I did not like the one with concealer. It’s too makeupy and in the end of the night became more like masque not fresh looking 😳🤪. I love and got all three latest Chanel quads. I actually have back up for eclat de nuit. But I might sell it, because, I wore the other day, and as soon as I put it on, my hubby , who never says anything bad about my makeup, was like why your eyes so dark, it’s not Halloween 😂😳🤪 what happened to your pink ones ( meaning les beiges palette. He does love when I wear pinkish, purplish colors lol ) but this was like fix it. I think I might put too much black, and with my hooded eyes, went too high, but I added more light colors, and at the end well after wearing for awhile, he loved it. So I guess I need to go with lighter hand🤔 but both spring ones are gorgeous. Love anemone as well lip balm. Have a blessed day🙏❤️

I hope you're all settling in well - I've visited Dallas a few times over the years, and I agree - it's a very dry heat in the summer, which I really do prefer to a humid heat :) I managed to get shade matched in Selfidges here in the UK for the Prada foundation, and the assistant gave me a mini pot to try it first, and I have to say, I love it! I wonder if the Louboutin counter will do the same? They are a bit pricey so I'll ask next time I'm in town. We can't return cosmetics that have been used here in the UK - so samples are key!

I’ll tell you why YSL goes in and out of stock. I’m in Australia and we are not getting any of these new releases i.e. eyeshadows, bronzers etc. we are only getting the makeup leftovers that nobody liked. When you go out of stock in USA, YSL raids the stock that’s meant to go to Australia and say “here you go have this, they won’t miss it” 😂😭 P.S. Chanel Vitalumiere Aqua is hands down my favourite everyday and all occasions foundation. Just beautiful!

I’m in Aus too and agree 100% with your comments above. I’m now on a complete YSL ban when I realised a while ago they were doing this to us. I did manage to get one of the mini couture eyeshadow palettes (600) from Tavia in UK but I actually hate it - far too sparkly and the fallout really irritates my eyes. I would not buy more even if they are eventually released here.

Love the look! I too love the RMS powder blushes but was a big fan of the lip to cheeks before they were a thing. I never had a problem with them and the color Lost Angel is actually one of my prettiest blushes. It comes in powder too. I can't tell you how many times I have repurchased it. I don't have Beloved but it may be that color is just too heavy for the cheeks.

TF new eyeshadow quad appears too dark for me and the bottom dark shades need more color distinction. As for bronzers, deciding between Guerlain and YSL

I have bought that lightweight Chanel foundation for many years and it is my favorite - so underrated and it is not greasy. I really dislike all the Charlotte Tilbury foundations as they are very thick and oily - the Chanel is perfect. I agree with you - the Charlotte Tilbury concealer is great. I'm most interested in the Lisa Eldridge liner - it's right up my alley and I will definitely purchase it. Do you have a code for Lisa Eldridge? I also love her lipsticks. For mascara, I randomly prefer the Tarte Maneater mascara or Benefit rollerlash. I did manage to purchase the Chanel Les Ombres Éclat De Nuit Eyeshadow and I love it! It's my favorite. I bought the Chanel Ravage palette with the blue - I'm not a fan of the warm palette.

I am also very fair and the Rosy shade in the Dior maximizer is the perfect blush shade on me! I don’t find it too dark as I like a pop of color. It’s a great product. I want to try the bronze shade but I think it would be too dark as a blush and I already have several powder bronzers.

I have dry skin and was very disappointed in the Louboutin foundatio when I sampled it. Even though I focus on skincare and making sure my skin is hydrated and ready for foundation, the Louboutin darkened and looked dry and patchy within an hour or so. I think it is terribly over rated, although I’m sure there are some people for whom the foundation is perfect. Different strokes for different folks 😊. I think we’re seeing loads of reviews because it’s the new kid on the block but then I don’t think we’ll ever hear about it again. As for Lisa’s new mascara and eyeliner, I think the operative word is “kitten” which suggests a young ingenue sort of look. Since I’m definitely not an ingenue, this isn’t for me. As I said, different strokes . . .

I love your cheery welcome! Is the RMS oil similar to the Merit oil? I have combo oily and Merit works well for me. Even tho im old enough to be your mom, i find your channel very entertaining and informative. You present yourself so articulate and approachable.

I would say that the Merit oil has more of a greasy feel and the RMS feels more rich

Not interested in playing all the games and spending heaps of money just to one day be “allowed” to buy a Birkin or Kelly!! Lottery win needed before I would ever buy one!!! The previous rms products were all coconut oil based and they went rancid quickly, so glad they changed up their range.
