It's definitely the hypochlorous acid in the SOS spray that's helping~ It's known for being a gentle acid that does a good job at killing acne-causing bacteria. I think Dr. Dray has even mentioned it's often used by eczema patients bc it's so effective and gentle.

Cassie, you gotta get the normal aquaphor ointment. Not the one that says it's for lips. I have it in a very small , tiny jar. It's the thick stuff, says advanced therapy for dry, cracked or irritated skin. It's different than the one for lips. I use it every night and it works perfectly for me!

The reason to use toner. Is to balance the skins ph level. Which would lessen acidity & overly neutral skin levels. That could lead to more breakouts. A lot of people think a toner is a 2nd step to cleanse; with some thinking toner is a hydrant. It's sole purpose to balance the skin ph after cleansing.

So far my favorite dry shampoo is the Not Your Mother's, Clean Freak Tapioca, Warm Sugar scent. It does have a white cast that you have to work out, but I think it absorbs the oil really well and doesn't make my hair feel heavy, oily, or tangled. I find so many dry shampoos are meant for straight hair and you have to bush it out, but these curls are not made for brushing. Just make sure you shake before use.

I have bought so many dry shampoos! I have fine thin hair and struggle with oily hair daily... I have found the perfect affordable option at Walmart. Equate Brand Dry Shampoo. They have the regular and the brunette. They both work great! I like the regular a little more but you gotta make sure to work it in a little more and comb out so you don't get a white cast. It makes my hair look so clean and full. If your in a rush the brunette one is quick and no cast possibility at all. The regular gives more body for sure. 😊

I didn’t like the IGK dry shampoo either, the residue it left on my scalp felt so nasty (the Livingproof one does the exact same thing on me). I really enjoyed the Amika Perk Up dry shampoo, but I recently picked up the Moroccanoil dry shampoo and I love it. Get the dark tone one to avoid white cast. The Moroccanoil one smells soooo good and doesn’t leave a residue. It layers well too, I apply it on 2nd and 3rd day hair. Love everything from Tower 28, their ShineOn Milky glosses are phenomenal!! 💕

I am still looking for the best dupe for the old Bite Agave Lip Mask and the two that I have found that work the closest are the Lanolips 101 Ointment (good hydration and prevents cracked/bleeding lips but doesn't stick around overnight) or the Sara Happ The Dream Slip (thick, cushiony and is still on my lips in the morning but doesn't have the lanolin.) However the original Aquaphor is much better than the lip formula.

I’m with you on the bite lip mask. I bought about 10 tubes when it was on sale right at the end, lol. I prefer the aquaphor healing ointment to the actual lip product for my lips. I also like just pure lanolin (they sell it as a nipple cream on Amazon. Lanolish I think is a good brand; you can even get it in small or large tubes). Lanolin was the key ingredient that was in the bite mask that they took out to make it vegan. It’s nice and thick, and cheap. Might be a good fit for you.

I got the tower 28 spray too and it has been doing WONDERS for me skin. I cannot believe the difference it has made in only the couple of weeks I’ve been using it. I got it during the Sephora sale and I want a million of them. I don’t have acne but I have some sort of dermatitis and eczema and it has made a hide diff in the texture of my skin. I used to use a bumpy forehead and it is SO smooth now not to mention the rest of my face. I highly recommend anyone with any sort of troubles with texture give it a try at the very least!
