That Warthog... it's the first time I ever sold something on out of sheer spite. This was the first Transformer I've ever owned that I didn't have the patience to transform. And it's so disappointing because I have a major nostalgic attachment to the toy and I wanted it mainly for the alt mode. I'd also agree that I'd rather have molded glasses on my Dreadnoks that look right rather than have a painted eye that looks more like a QC issue; wasted effort as far as I'm concerned.

ngl i love the fugitoid figure but Ive been waiting to have a fugitoid figure for nearly 20 years so that might be the biggest reason

I did get the Placebo reference! I actually quite liked the CW Menasor....it was a gangly pain at times, but the bots and the way they combined...I’m not a fan of parts-forming outside of hands and legs, so I really enjoyed it as a whole. Same with the others in the series (of the G1 combiner representations) I did get the Takara version though without that Rook nonsense

Oh, how far Mafex has come. We talked on the phone about them about a year ago, and now they make a #1 spot and Nightwing in the top 5. I hope poison ivy does not disappoint, and I really can’t wait to see what they do with Superboy from Reign of the Supermen. If they can nail that leather jacket, it will be a grand slam.

Nice lists. It’s nice to see my fave Joe make the list. Shipwreck is my fave character of the line but I was kinda disappointed in the build quality. Still my fave though.

I’m glad pointed out that just because a figure is disappointing or a poor value doesn’t necessarily mean that it’s a bad figure. Any figure can be disappointing, because expectations are just that. Expectations. As far as value goes, you can have the best action figure ever made, and there will be a price point where it’s a poor value. II have the Red Sonja, and it’s a solid 1/12 representation of a character that collectors have wanted for years, but yes….it’s grossly overpriced. Like you, I can understand why it’s grossly overpriced, but Loose Collector is going to have to get those production runs up and those production costs down to stay in the game for any length of time.

Same regarding the Cyborg Superman - was not into that storyline and not sure if they had done that as a straight Supes without the robit bits I would love it as much, but damn it's such a great figure.

I got the Classified Firefly and it is AMAZING. Firefly, Wild Weasel, Scrap Iron, Major Bludd, Metal Head, and Dreadnoks are my favorite characters. I am happy so far.

Okay Im just here to say I would LOVE your opinion on skybound’s new transformers comics sometime this year. First three issues have been very enjoyable and Im looking forward to where it goes! The artstyle is great

I have a simple relationship with Super7 - as in I don't have one! If they make it, I don't touch it, with one exception: I bought that ReAction Unicron toy prototype just because that one is such a novelty. What they make isn't for me, even at 1/3 the price (which is what most of their stuff should be).

Cang toys mini predaking and bruticus was hands down my 2 best purchases in 2023. Sadly I have to go with the seekers from magic square. New age seekers imo have a superior ascetic and it hurts me to say that but the way magic square did the seekers just didn't work😢😢😢

Buzzer's glasses just suck. I had to use poster putty in his eye sockets to keep them attached.

My worst figures are Fans Toys Powerglide, Iron Factory Samurai Prowl and Hasbro Legacy Evolution Beachcomber. Warthog looks great and that's about it as everything else about him sucks. Prowl, I can't transform without everything falling off so it's a parts former and Beachcomber looks good but it's got the super simple G1 transformation as it's literally maybe 5 - 6 steps. Best purchases would have to be Fans Toys Gears and Pipes as they're just awesome. I'm also happy with my purchases is Xtransbots Springer and Hasbro SS-86 Ultra Magnus. Springer isn't new release but he's new to me as I replaced my Fans Toys version with him and I'm happy with the purchase.

My list is best. I despise hascrap but when they do something like these they must be commended. The thor destroyer 2 pack is something I never thought I'd ever see hascrap do best! Better than perfect. The Garfield man is pure fantasy. The new r2 is almost the definitive masterpiece hascrap can only do. Only missing a few features like lights and sounds, bells and whistles. The ultimate captain America is beauty. The new clones appo and phase 2 are magnificent. This coming from someone who watched the moon landing 🌚 the mcfartlane movie batman, Kilmer and Clooney are also near perfect. So is the jazzware halo spartan collection Belos. 😂❤
