Ballistic's tactical is above D tier , the number of times it guaranteed a win on a 1 vs 1 is truly something. Aim right and you got the person locked out of full battle for 12 seconds , yes IT DID NOT GET NERFED like the patch notes say to 8 seconds, go test it in firing range.

5:31 ok so i wanted to point this out but the bug with rampart not being able to recall her walls is actually just something that only affects mixtape only. it doesn't affect any other part of the game from my knowledge.

I can also confirm this is true from my experience. This bug only applies to mixtape modes and it has been around since the start of last season. I think since it is a small bug on a low pick rate character, the devs don't seem to put focus into fixing it.@@MangosInTrees

Horizon’s tac could be changed like wraith’s where there is a delay when she throws her lift to the ground before it activates. It eliminates the get out of jail free card for her while also keeping her ability strong for the team

Lifeline's heal drone is absolutely wonderful, and one of the main reasons I main her. Fast resets, being able to help your whole team, not having to carry around syringes which saves space... I do wish they buffed the charge time for it a lot, though. 30 seconds seems WAY more fair.

All ash tactical needs is 2 charges. The tactical right now tethers only 1 player no matter how many players you hit, so all they need to do is make them not stack.

The thing that make ballistic balanced is even though his q is a tad weak the game compensates you and your team mates with constant 3 weapons and unlimited ammo to you and team mates on ult. Carrying havoc in the sling is massively powerful. As the havoc doesn't really need a scope nor a big mag to do kill an enemy one can have a pretty awesome advantage to other ults that only benefit the player but not the team. 😊 Good job on the video but i think here you are evaluating the abilities from solo player view instead of team like as an attacking or defending team How does mirage ult help everyone in the team defend or attack? It doesn't direct! It enables the character playing it to deflect the focus from himself and use it to protect the team yet it doesn't enable the team play.

Ive been using revenants ability to throw people off with positioning. If you aim slightly downwards when using it you can slide at a ridiculouse speed and keep the momentum going about 3x longer then the full charge jump. Also super fun to jump over people off an octane pad and use it to turn around midair right above them. I've gotten a few teams to think theyd be able to turn and 3v1 me real quick but they turn around and i dont land there 😂 instead im back with my team pushing them while their backs are turned.

Valk’s Q is best used when someone is healing or reving behind cover. It may not do much damage but I can disrupt and it becomes even better with grenades.

In my opinion cryptos drone is very op once you know how to use it, not s tier but b to a maybe. It can be thrown out but not entered and distract enemies, you can heal and scan around, insta check enemy positions and res teammates, it is just so good if you know how to use it. Sad to see seer go down so much he was my main but I dropped him after the nerf combo

It's great yeah, but literally everything about crypto is that tac, you lose it so does the rest of your kit for awhile. It's frustrating not being able to emp with a 50 sec cooldown when you need it.

I like Ash's snare for runners and hide and seek players, they should buff the radius of the effect hit rate and maybe multiple people being able to snare that's all.

The best Part of Ballistic’s tactical is the lock on and the overheat indicator hovering on an enemy. Know an enemy is nearby, but can’t spot em? Pull out the Whistler and spin around to see if it locks onto anyone. If you’re fighting in smoke, the lock on allows you to see your enemy through the smoke and if you land the shot the overheat tag sitting on an enemy is great to help spot them swinging corners or pulling back or again in bangalore smoke or caustic gas. Overall, it’s pretty weak, but that niche use is so useful when it works.

Snare isnt even really *that* bad but by comparison to something like the gravity lift it feels a bit unfair. I think she should get two charges so she can kinda block off areas more effectively.

Mobile Apex Did Ash more Justice.... In Mobile. Ash could change the trajectory of her Tactical mid flight. It also did more damage than just 20 This allowed for Ash to purposefully aim to your left or right. You think she missed, next thing it changes direction and connects with you. Those few seconds of Confusion almost guaranteed you the W during a fight

The rampart one is a bug specific to the mixtape game modes since when you die they are no longer bound to your specific instance of rampart which also works this way for all the legends for example catalyst doors when you die you are treated as them belonging to the enemy when in reality they belong to no one which can also lead to a situation where you can set up more than the hard limit of 5 of ramparts barriers and 3 placed Shelias and a infinite amount of wattson coils so long as they dont get destroyed This is extremely easy to replicate as all you need to do is die from any source including your own nade

As an ash main. It wins 1v1s if some correctly! You have to pay attention to when they are about to re load, but you can easily one clip them while their stunned. It’s effective ish- it’s also useful post portal when you step behind your portal and stun the ground. Agreed it’s bad and ash has always been an after thought legend

Agreed to everything, I would just push Gibby's dome to S tier however. It's just way too good and is literally the best defensive ability in the game, a lot of ALGS end game looks like bubble spams at the end aha and it's not for no reason, it's all around perfect for a Q.

haven't seen Gibby in ALGS for a while now, used to come up in every team, but now they're actually going for a more diverse team, most teams still have some form of movement legend like Horizon (possibly Rev now aswell) while then it's a defensive legend like Catalyst or Wattson, rarely see Newcastle or Gibby nowadays. and i've seen some teams go with a Loba, Maggy, Fuse etc. Loba's ultimate is too good in an ALGS setting, since you'll be poking at the other teams all the time, meaning you'll use a lot of Ammo, having infinite Ammo basically means a lot. while Maggy or Fuse can be used to force an enemy team away from their position. Catalyst definitely is a meta pick though, seen plenty of ALGS in last season where the final ring was accompanied by 3-5 catalyst ults.

I agree with everything in the video, except the Crypto one (I'm a Crypto main so hear me out). Aside from just being the drone, there are about 12 hidden passives of things you can do with the drone, making it easily one of the most versatile tacticals in the game. Whereas the long cooldown is a huge drawback, your drone should never be in a position to be shot down if youre playing it right. It's like saying "Lifeline's tactical is bad because it has a long cooldown." Crypto's drone can save squads and solo win fights if played right.

The thing with lifelines tactical that I don’t like, is the cooldown is ridiculous. I think it’s 45 seconds. That’s criminal. You would think they would buff her because she’s neglected, but respawn won’t for some reason

Another solid Tier list - I try to use the Wattson tactical to stun my opponent mid fight and for some reason the game cannot handle bullet slow gun fire and other shenanigans going on and your fences are most likely to glitch. Other than that her shield regen is too slow if it was faster it would greatly improve her usability in open areas

The shield regen isnt her main passive. It doesn't need to be buffed. Her primary passive is the ability to get ultimate off of one ultimate accel and the ability to stack two of them. The shield regen is really just a side thing.

It's somewhat unreliable, honestly. Most of the time the enemies can stand still and not get hit by it because of the spread and weird trajectory the missiles have. And if you have good cover, it's not intimidating enough to even move out of for 25 damage unless you are one shot. It's also clunky to peek and fire it off. It has kind of a long cast time and you have to expose yourself from cover to not blow it up in your own face.

I think having specific team comps delivering specific abilities is a cool idea to play with. Say crypto and lifeline are in the same team. Life line can hit the rez button and insta rez a teammate as long as crypto doesn't have his drone deployed and they're within the drone distance

I think valk should be low B tier. Yes her missles are avoidable BUT they can be used kinda like how bangs ult is used in the sense that it can be an area denier. Get a down and see someone trying to res? Send a missile swarm to deter them. They either avoid the area and miss the res OR tank the hits and give you an opportunity to push off of the stun

I can agree with this tier list for the most part and respect your choices. I'm someone that plays more underrated/use lesser played/loved legends like crypto and loba. Not saying your wrong in your thoughts, definitely could use an improvement (her ult needing the distance buff more tho since other reposition legends have had their abilities basically doubled in lenght, heck even Maggie's ball goes twice as far then when she was originally had) over her tac, ashe's tether is honestly the best part of her kit. It's not just a stun a enemy briefly midnight and be a mere annoyance. It's an ability to be used to buy youself time or solo out an enemy. She much (like crypto) is a great legend that works well if you and your team coordinate attacks (which can be a heck of a struggle, especially in solo que and pubs). Her tac is more used separate an enemy. Say you and your teammates are fighting, you managed to Crack someone in the open. Toss that snare and if you can hit it, they are stuck and unble to get to cover giving you pretty much an ensured down and pushing your team into the higher numbers, making it a far easier fight to win. It's great too if know the enemy is separated and you managed to get them into one shot. Snag them which gives them very little movement to get away to cover to heal or regroup with their team and thus making it an easy down for your you or your team The best use of her tac is if you are being pushed and you or your teammate has to heal. You can slow their push by tethering them long enough to reposition or pop off a quick shield. And most importantly it forces them to separate them from their team and force their team to commit to a brief 2v3 without their support. Or say you are being pushed by 2 or enemies at one, being able to tether one of them and using your cover you can force them to 1v1s instead of having to too worry about being pinched by both at once. Makes it easier to get away if you are being pushed, it can slow them down or separate them to make escape far more likely. Ashe's isn't just a push, slow, initiate legend. She's the legend to target and pick off players, she the one to initiate a push, to keep distance or even just reposition in general. That being said, I would personally put her tac in high c tier myself, mobility tacs like grapple are just too good in a game for hers to compete with theirs. Her tac works far better when paired with her ult in one way or another. I don't see enough rift away ashe's on the run tethering their ports. I use this combo often to lure enemies into a trap and down them before they can realize I'm not actually running away

Tbh wraith's tactical is a "get out of jail card" you just have to use it properly and by that I mean movement. Yeah sure if you're going to just sprint with it then it's only a repositioning tool but when you use it with superglides or any other advanced movement this thing is powerful af. And many people just have the wrong where and when to use it

I would say gibbys tac is a-tier partly because when u stick a grenade on it the timer for the bubble would have ran out. Then let’s just say it wouldn’t end well.Other than that is pretty great( trust me I have seen gobby mains who are godly at bubble pvp). To improve this I would increase the time till it despawns so it could be s-tier. Also btw great video😊❤

With Ballistic's tacitcal, it's incredibly consistent if you know where to aim before launching it. I like it because shooting straight at someone isn't a guarenteed stick, and neither is trying to shoot people behind thick cover. You have to know your moments and take it. It gives it a lil' bit more of a learning curve. I also always find use out of the Whistler, and for one other reason that seems more niche, but is more useful than it first appears. So if you hold the tactical out when going through a location you're not sure about and have no recon legend, there's a chance your Whistler will find enemies you or your teammates haven't seen. I'VE KILLED SO MANY FUCKING RATS IN RANKED using this! Don't sleep on the Whistler. It just has a learning curve for proper potential. Not the best tac, but still a lot better than D tier imo!!

As a seperate legend comment: Revenant doesn't need any buffs or nerfs atm imo. He's perfect as is. The only POTENTIAL nerf I could see as "fair" would be his ultimate cooldown being increased by 30s. I think they should work to bringing every other legend up to his level, rather than bringing Revenant back down. These versatile abilities are the most fun to play, so why nerf them when you can make other legends' abilities better instead!

Bru ashes snair isn’t that bad especially if u play against good players and u just have to know how to use it if they are moving spots u snair them and then they are stuck in the open it could be better if they raise the damage to like 35

Maggie's tactical is A/S tier, you're crazy if you think otherwise. It literally hard counters EVERY SINGLE DEFENSIVE ABILITY in the game, making any enemy cover practically unplayable. Even more important in the final zone.

I think they should change crypto to counter controller legends, sort of like bravo from r6, crypto should be able to hack enemy traps.

I honestly don't know how I feel about Revenants new Tactical. It's got too long a charge up and way too long a cool down. It is still early days for the Revenant rework but I think this ability will suffer once people realise how limited and predictable it is. Rev's Ultimate is what really makes it viable and that is already strong enough without giving you instant cooldowns.

I think they should remove the cooldown from Crypto drone since it has the hitbox size of Gibby and 50 health.

Personally feel Wattson tac should be higher her tac isn’t like other defenders in the aspect of other wattsons still get stunned.her fences regenerate quicker with her ult and they can take up a lot of space.and I’m some situations u can’t even break em.

People always compare Rev's Pounce to Vantage's bat, but they just aren't that much alike, honestly. His pounce is more of a grapple + jump pad hybrid. After playing with it a while, it doesn't feel like Vantage at all. You can basically slingshot all over the place with Rev at incredible speeds. Vantage just floats slowly through the air in a set path and velocity. I would say only Pathfinder has equal or better movement.

Fuses ability should be higher in my opinion. He reminds me of old halo games. Throw a grenade, deplete the shields, finish them off
