Funny story about the tennis racquet thing in the video. My mom did that in Highschool only when she went to hit the tennis ball instead of the ball bouncing off the racket, the ball took the racket with it. So she swung and the racket came right out of her hand and landed behind her. She hasn't gotten any more athletic since then.
