Which jets did you guys decide to go with with a stick xr100 engine or is there engine work done? Looking at adding one of these to my 120 big bore kit :)

The jets are the ones that were in the carb one I got it. As far as I know the engine is completely stock, but it does have the aftermarket muffler.

Hello, I'm so glad I found your video. I have been looking for a carb for my 2000 xr100 so I really appreciate the video. Did you have to change the throttle cable or use the stock one? And could you tell me where you got your tank decals? Thank you.

i used the stock throttle cable and I got all the decals in a kit off ebay

Hey jw why did you change spokes? And was it easy to true the wheel?

Multiple of the spokes had broke so we just replaced the ones that had broke. It was Farley easy to true the wheel just have to take your time

I think it would work just fine with a big bore. It also comes with different jets if it doesn’t work

What is the black peice you connect to it 1:48

The black piece is just something I found laying around the shop, but you can get actual 48mm air filters that fits the nibbi carb which is what I would’ve done but I didn’t know about them at the time. Hope that helps.

i bout a 89xr100 and put a chinese carb on it it says pz27 and it bogs super bad with it and doesn’t run so i got a nibbi 19mm is that gonna work?

I believe stock size is 19mm. I didn’t measure it before I bought the 22mm, but I would probably go with the 19mm.
