i’ve used coboo before!! i must say i am in LOVE with it! it has a drape like bamboo but the durability of cotton, and it’s soooo soft! i must agree that the color range is a bit uninspired, but i love the pastels :)

Premier Bamboo is very fine and silky. I do love the Premier Cotton Sprouts and I Love This Cotton yarns. Both are very soft and there are so many color options.

I'm so sad I'm a beginner and started making tops and skirts with what I have but it's never adapted to the right hook size, always way too small so I wanted to take the one you recommended that is not too expensive (I don't have my own money) but it is not even shipped to France. I literally can't find anything decent, for like 5mm hook cotton with nice colors and not too pricey

When you were talking about rough cotton yarn I wasn’t even looking at the screen and knew which one you meant 😄 my budget isn’t very high so I tend to go for cotton or cotton blends. I thrifted a huge bag of yarn and was surprised by how much I liked the Caron cotton cakes for some of those tighter, stretchier summer fits. But I’m glad you mentioned some bamboo yarns. I really hated truboo so will definitely look into the others

@@MaeCrochets it’s not a super high quality yarn but for the price point it’s soft and it’s a 60-40 cotton-acrylic blend. And it has incredibly consistent dye lots (I have skeins that are several years apart and are identical)
