Bestarc MIG 145 Review

This is another awesome machine by bestarc. The digital display and automatic synergetic amperage and wire speed worked flawlessly. The added feature that allows you to manually tweak the amperage up and down can help you fine tune the machine to perfectly match the material you are welding.
There is also a lot of versatility with this machine. The ability to switch between MIG to TIG and MMA (stick) welding with a quick switch of the torch and setting button.
This machine is certainly worth its weight and has earned its place in my workshop.

I have one with the gas option. And that super. I bought one to butt weld 18ga. It claims to be able to do that. The only thing i don’t like about it is that there doesn’t seem to be a way to override the synergetic feature. If it’s too hot, turn down the amps, BUT it turns down the wire feed so you still burns through. If this allowed for manual adjustment I’d be happy with it. There is a possibility that I just didn’t see that option in the manual, because the manual is very thin on useful information.

This is not a MiG welder it doesn’t have gas connection.on your video you show flux core this is not MiG, MiG uses metal inert gas 75argon 25 co2

Yes, this is a flux core welder, but it’s still a MIG welder. I just wanted to show what it can do!

It has a gas hookup right on the back. Unless they make identical models that dont have it...
