നല്ല റിവ്യൂ 👏👏👏👍👍 TVM- ൽ ആയിരുന്നൂ എങ്കിൽ , താൽപര്യം ഉണ്ടെങ്കിൽ എൻ്റെ Amaze Diesel review ്ന് തരാമായിരുന്നു ♥️ കഴിഞ്ഞ Honda Elevate വീഡിയോയിൽ കമൻ്റ് ചെയ്ത് ശേഷം, ഇന്നലെ ഹോണ്ടയിൽ ഉള്ള എൻ്റെ ഒരു best friend മായി സംസായിക്കുക ഉണ്ടായി. അവൻ പറഞത് പ്രകാരം ആണെകിൽ 2026 മുതൽ ഹൊണ്ടയിൽ നിന്നും പല segments ൽ ആയി പുതിയ 6 SUV കൾ + 1 MPV + Honda City പ്രതീക്ഷിക്കാം. അതെല്ലാം തന്നെ പുതി പ്ലാറ്റ്ഫോമിൽ തന്നെ ആകാനാണ് കൂടുതൽ സാധ്യത. കാരണം EV & Hybrids ഇപ്പോഴത്തെ platform ൽ നിർമിച്ചാൽ boot space compramise ചെയ്യേണ്ടി വരും. കാറിന് വലുപ്പം കൂട്ടിയാൽ tax segments മാറും. വില കൂടുതൽ ആവും. അതുകൊണ്ട് പുതിയ generation Honda Amaze ആവും മിക്കവാറും ഇപ്പോഴത്തെ platformൽ വരുക. പക്ഷേ പുതിയ Amaze , Honda Elevate നെ പോലെ സിറ്റിയുടെ പ്ലാറ്റ്ഫോമിൽ ആവും വരിക എന്ന് അറിയുന്നു. ഇതിന് കാരണം Hobda Amaze വർഷങ്ങൾ ആയി ആ segmant ൽ നല്ലപ്പോലെ വിറ്റുപോയ വണ്ടി ആണ്. പുതിയ Maruthi Desire ഇറങ്ങുന്ന പശ്ചാത്തലത്തിൽ പുതിയ Amaze ഒരു പടിയെങ്കിലും മുന്നിൽ നിൽക്കണം എന്നുള്ളത് കൊണ്ട് ആവണം Honda City platform ൽ ഇറക്കുന്നത്. City, Elevate,Amaze എല്ലാം ഒരു പോസ്ഫോമിൽ part sharing ചെയ്യുമ്പോൾ production cost ലഭിക്കാം. Another rumor is that Honda might bring in a new series hybrid like Maruthi is to bring in next year. ഈ technology basically ഒരു EV car ആണ്. But with an engine. But engine ഒരു generator ആയി മാത്രമേ വർക്ക് ചെയ്യുക ഉള്ളൂ. അത്കൊണ്ട് തന്നെ 35-45Km/L ഒക്കെ കിട്ടും എന്നാണ് Maruthi പറയുന്നത്. ഇത്തരം hybrids ്ന് maitenence കുറവും ആകും. ഇത് succesful ആയാൽ EV cars ആരെങ്കിലും വാങ്ങുമോ എന്ന് സംശയം ആണ്. പിന്നെ Japanse വണ്ടികൾക്ക് കൂടുതൽ features നൽകാത്തത്തും , simply & elegant design keep ചെയ്യുന്നതിൻ്റെ കാര്യം it's easy to repair, maintain etc. ഒരുപാട് design cues , body lines, muscles ഒക്കെ ഉള്ള കാരറുകൾ ആണ് പലർക്കും ഇഷ്‌ടം. എനിക്കും കിയയുടെ desings ഇഷ്ടമാണ്. പക്ഷേ, ഒരു തട്ടാലോ, മുട്ടാലോ, ഒരു നല്ല accident ഒക്കെ പറ്റുമ്പോൾ ഇതൊക്കെ നന്നാക്കി എടുക്കാൻ കൂടുതൽ സമയവും പൈസയും ഒക്കെ ആവും. Elevate ഒരു ഇടവഴിൽ കൂടിയോ , jammed traffic ൽ കൂടിയോ എളുപ്പത്തിൽ എടുത്ത് കൊണ്ട് പോകാം. കൂടുതൽ creases & muscles ഉള്ള കാറുകൾ കൂടുതൽ ശ്രദ്ധിക്കണം. ഇതുപോലെ തന്നെ ആണ് interior. Korean cars , Tata തുടങ്ങിയവയുടെ interiors കുറച്ചു കൂടി modern and premium ആയി തോന്നും. പക്ഷേ ഇവർ ഉപയോഗിക്കുന്ന platic നേ ക്കാൾ last ചെയ്‌യുന്നത് Japanse കാറുകളുടേത് ആണ്. അതുപോലെ തന്നെ ഇവരുടെ കറുകൾക്കും, മരുതിക്കും ഒക്കെ ഉള്ള ഒരു common പ്രശ്നം വാങി കുറച്ചു നാൾ കഴിയുമ്പോൾ തന്നെയോ അല്ലെങ്കിൽ കുറച്ചു വർഷങ്ങൾ കഴിയുമ്പോൾ പലടത്തു നിന്നും cracking noise വരും. അത് പലപ്പോഴും repair ചെയ്യാനും പറ്റില്ല. Honda, Toyota വണ്ടികളിൽ ഇത്ര വർഷം ആയലും ഇത്തരം പ്രശ്നങ്ങൾ കുറവായിരിക്കും. വലിയ infotainment screens, loaded features, full panoramic sunroof - ഇതൊക്കെ നന്നായി work ചെയ്യും വരെ ok ആണ്. പണി വന്നാൽ സമയവും, സമാധാനവും,കാശും പോകുന്ന വഴി അറിയിൽ. ഞാൻ ഇയ്യിടെ എൻ്റെ കാറിൽ ഒരു 360deg camera വെച്ചു. 35K ആയി. സംഭവം കൊള്ളാം. Useful ആണ്. പക്ഷേ ഒരു ക്യാമറ ഇപ്പൊൾ അടിച്ച് പോയി. Still waiting for a replacement under warranty. Panoramic sunroof stuck ആയി പോയ പലർക്കും അത് repair, replace ചെയ്യാൻ ഒരുപാട് കാശ് ആയിട്ടുണ്ട്. മറ്റൊരു കാര്യം, Japanse വണ്ടികളിലെ AC കൾ ആണ് ഏറ്റവും powerful & reliable too. Most others have problems especially in long run. Japanese വണ്ടികൾ engine trouble ഓ ഒക്കെ വഴിയിൽ ങ്കിടത്തില്ല. അതും sercive & maintenenace correct ആയി ചെയുന്ന വണ്ടികൾ. ഇതൊക്കെ പറയുമ്പോഴും ഇന്ന് ഭൂരിഭാഗം ആളുകൾക്കും realibitity ക്കാൾ features ആണ് നോട്ടം എന്നുള്ളത് ആണ് സത്യം. ഹോണ്ടയുടെ pertol എൻജിനുകളെ വെല്ലാൻ മറ്റൊരു engine നും ഇല്ല എന്ന് ഇരിക്കിലും , Elevate, City യുടെ ഒക്കെ engine sound sporty ആണെന്ന് ഇരിക്കിലും, പലർക്കും അതൊന്നും അല്ല നോട്ടം. ഇതാണു മാർക്കറ്റ് trend. അതു മനസ്സിലാക്കി കൂടുതൽ features കൊടുക്കാൻ Honda, Toyota ഒക്കെ തയ്യാറാവണം. എങ്കിലേ പിടിച്ച് നിൽക്കാൻ പറ്റൂ. Simple ആയി പറഞ്ഞാൽ... ഒരു പുതിയ കാർ വാങ്ങി 5-7 വർഷം വരയെ കയ്യിൽ വെയ്ക്കാൻ ഉദ്ദേശിക്കുന്നുള്ളൂ എങ്കിൽ Koreans, TATA, Mahindra ഒക്കെ വാങ്ങാം. 10-12 വർഷത്തിൽ കൂടുതൽ, വലിയ തലവേദ , ധന നഷ്ടം ഒന്നും ഇല്ലാതെ ഒരു കാർ കയ്യിൽ വെയ്ക്കാൻ ഉദ്ദേശം ഉണ്ടെങ്കിൽ Toyota,Honda, Maruthi വാങ്ങണം. Toyota ക്ക് initial cost കൂടുതൽ ആണെങ്കിലും അതിന് അനുസരിച്ച് ഉള്ള് resale value യും ഉണ്ട്. Marithi യേയും Koreans നേയും compare ചെയ്യുമ്പോൾ Honda യുടെ market studying & marketing too is very poor. ഹോണ്ടയുടെ Brio, Jazz , BRV, Civic ഒക്കെ excellent products ആയിരുന്നൂ. അതേപോലെ തന്നെ അവരുടെ diesel engine നും. Turbo Lag ഒട്ടും ഇല്ലാത്ത, ഒരേ ഒരു disel engine അതായിരുന്നു.പക്ഷേ അവർ അത് release ചെയ്ത സമയവും, price ഒക്കെ ആസ്ഥാനത്ത് ആയി പോയി. Elevate നും പറ്റിയത് അതാണ്. Price ഒക്കെ ആണെങ്കിലും ഇറങിയത് ലേറ്റ് ആയി പോയി. മേൽ പറഞ്ഞ മറ്റു കാറുകൾ ഒക്കെ നേരെത്തെയും ആയി പോയി. Especially BRV. അന്ന് MPV ക്ക് അത്ര demand ഇല്ലായിരുന്നു. ഇന്നിപ്പോൾ ഹോണ്ട പ്രൊഡക്ഷൻ നിറുത്തിയ ആ കാറുകൾക്ക് എല്ലാം 2nd hand മാർക്കെറ്റിൽ വലിയ demand ആണ്. എൻ്റെ Amaze Diesel വിൽക്കുന്നോ എന്ന് ചോദിച്ച് പലരും വരാറുണ്ട്. ഇനി വരുന്ന Honda കാറുകൾക്ക് എങ്കിലും ഈ ഗതി വരാതെ ഇരിക്കട്ടെ എന്ന് പ്രത്യാശിക്കാം.

ഞാൻ ഇ സെക്ടറിൽഉള്ള എല്ലാവണ്ടികളും ടെസ്റ്റ്ഡ്രൈവ് നോക്കി. ഒരുസംശയവുംഇല്ലാതെ പറയാം elevate is the best. കുറെ ഫീച്ചേഴ്സ് ഉണ്ടായത് കൊണ്ടോ മൈലേജ് മാത്രംനോക്കിയോ അല്ല വാഹനം വാങ്ങേണ്ടത്. സേഫ്റ്റിയും 10 വർഷം വാറന്റിയും മാത്രം നോക്കിയാൽ മതി, മുകളിൽ പറഞ്ഞത് ശരിയാണ്എന്ന് മനസിലാവുംപിന്നെ കൂടുതൽ sale ഉള്ള വാഹനം ഞാനും വാങ്ങിച്ചു എന്നതിനല്ല എനിക്ക് വേണ്ട വാഹനം വാങ്ങിച്ചു എന്നതാവണം..

ഈ segmentil ഉള്ള എല്ലാ വണ്ടിയുലും വെച്ച് ഓടിക്കാൻ ഏറ്റുവം സുഖം elevate ആണ്.. ഒരേ ഒരു drawback ഇതിന്റെ cabin noise insulation ആണു.. Engine rev സൗണ്ട് നന്നായി അകത്തേക്ക് വരുന്നുണ്ട്...otherwise butter smooth ആണ് ഓടിക്കാൻ

I own an Elevate ZX CVT -R Pros- 1. Commanding view 2. Great suspension 3. Best in class ground clearance 4. Big and usable boot 5. Premium colour theme interiors 6. Good quality buttons 7. All must to have features are there like keyless entry, push button start, auto AC, wireless android auto and apple car play, decent speakers, driver arm rest, ADAS, lane watch camera etc 8. Minimal body roll 9. Good steering feel and feedback Cons 1. Pooor insulation- lot of road noise at higher speeds and engine revv sound inside cabin 2. Rear seats are comfortable for 2 only 3. Non flat foot board at front and rear may become uncomfortable for taller passengers 4. Driver seat adjustment is limited 5. No USB C charger at front/rear. Rear passenger gets 12 V only 6. Camera quality is average 7. Missing features- front seat ventilation, 360 degree camera, front parking sensors, Eco mode(available in city) 8. Foot board gets dirty everytime (due to absence of rubber beeding on door)

@@MNK1998 Speaker quality is good. Not as bassy as a Bose system. Gets the job done. Music notes separation is nice. CVT is not as fun as a manual, AT or DCT. Chavitti pidich odichal rubber band effect ariyum. Means engine rpm and speed of vehicle is not in sync. Ith avoid cheyyan njan kandu pidicha technique parayam. For quick overtakes press the gas pedal. Once the car gets the momentum get your foot off the accelerator quickly and press again. Then the car upshifts✌️ Has adequate pulling in D mode. Put in S mode and post 4000 rpm its a beast

A decent vehicle and absolutely suitable for family travel. Excellent steering control, good suspension, superb CVT, ADAS works well on highways. Milage 10-12 in traffic, 15-16 on highways.
