Being Filipino who was born in Japan and have lived in Taiwan never have I seen or been so entertained by an American and your zest for life. Keep up the adventures because there are many(and I mean many) of us who would love to be doing what you are doing but just dont have the heart and courage. You have such respect for cultures and are very amiable. Please dont stop until we know what the whole world is eating and at the same time have a better understanding of people. Also, a shout out to your camera crew. Youve got a great team!

I've eaten plates from the top chefs of the world. Yes yes granted I was part of the 4 seasons ohana but we got to taste the best the world has to offer. From French cuisine to the finest Chinese delicacies. But when all is said and done.... The Filipinos always hit the taste palate with a sledge hammer. Our Filipino cafeteria chef...nana Trini (who happened to open her own restaurant) could out do the culinary chefs straight out of CIA. Now that is something to talk about. Yet because she didn't have the golden grail certification from an established institute she was not recognized by the four seasons standard and released. But her restaurant is the best In town.

Malaking Mali.

As always great and awesome vid, the only food channel that doesn't discriminate on any culture or any country. Tries everything with an open mind and is always ready for a challenge! Just a quick correction, you don't say "Adobong" at the end of the word. You use the "ng" at the end of the word to make it a descriptor, so Adobong Tuna Tail or Adobong Chicken (Manok) means it was marinated in the typical Adobo mix of Vinegar and Soy Sauce
