Thank you for your reaction. Dimash worked on this for 3 years. He composed the music, sang, wrote the script, acted and financed the creation of this masterpiece. The boy drowning is Dimash's character. The girl becomes his wife, the other youth becomes the commander. The symbol is from a nautical compass (showing the direction to true north). The little girls who was killed was the daughter of Dimash's character and his wife. She dies giving birth to their son. Dimash's character kills the man who had once been his friend. So, all 3 of the original youths die on the same day. Dimash at the end is the baby grown up to lead others to the light. Dimash is an ambassador for peace. He was recognized by Pope Francis for this masterpiece.

Grateful that you have now experienced Dimash’s masterpiece. He has a clear purpose that is communicated through his music. It is incredible that a young man has such wisdom. Think about it…at 26 years old he starting this composition. In essence, took a totally blank canvas, added tones, notes, transitions, emotions, and a powerful message. How? Why when he could just go sing, make money? I believe he is here now for a profound purpose with the skills, talent, intellect, morals, maturity, heart to convey a message that everyone needs to hear. What will he do in the future? story one sky the film is based on a story written by Dimash with his own screenplay. (I worked on this piece for 3 years). Director Alina Veripya spoke about creating the music video for the new song: the clip is divided into several parts. The first is about childhood. The main character, two friends linked by childhood stories and symbols of eternal friendship. One day the friend saves the protagonist when he drowns. However, there is already competition in these children's story, where the boys love one girl and she chooses one. The second goes through a kind of psychological The disintegration and transformation of children's problems into an adult world of totalitarianism and struggle. When he becomes a commander, the opponent carries the idea of saving the war: the young boy who presents the tokens of friendship he made will marry the girl (Dimash). She will give birth. Hello friends! Thank you for your sincere reaction! When I first watched this MV, it broke me, I became very emotional, it was heart wrenching, to say the least! Have you noticed that Dimash is the main solder right from the very beginning of the war scene, when he was walking under the overpass, also when he was shot in the arm, many people miss that? Dimash has worked very hard for 3 years composing the music for this song, and around 20 days to make this MV. It turned out to be his most valuable MV, in the ideological sense, ever made, a real Masterpiece! I believe that Dimash deserves THE NOBEL PEACE PRIZE for his selfless hard work and tireless efforts, not only for this MV, but for trying to bring the world together in love, peace, and harmony and through his many charities. He is a Legend in the making and will go down in History. This is my breakdown of the story, as I see it: This mini movie is full of symbolisms, it's the story of 3 youths, and the necklace which was created by the young Dimash and shared with his friends symbolizing lifelong friendship and unity. The boys both loved the same girl, but she loved Dimash, so the other boy grew resentful over time, started a war, using the symbol of the necklace given to him by his friend Dimash, as the crest on his army uniform. 1) Dimash, was the boy drowning at the beginning and at the end. 2) The Piper, is the one who saved Dimash, became the leader, and was killed by Dimash at the end. 3) The young girl, who died in childbirth, became Dimash’s future wife, had two children together; a daughter who was killed by the Piper's army; and the birth of a son who inherited the necklace from his mother…, they were all affected by the war. “People are the caravan…. Life is the way”: Dimash spoke these words in Kazakh, when he found his daughter dead. For the symbolic aspects, Dimash is showing the different cultures and religions (Christianity, Judaism, Islam, Buddhism, Hindi, etc.), through throat singing, which is called the REQUIEM (mass for the souls of the dead), from different religions. The Pilgrim or (Shepard or a Wise Man) at the end of the video was Dimash’s baby boy, born in his image and grows up to guide the Representatives of different religions and race from different Nations to the light, for a new beginning living together in peace, tolerance, love, and harmony. Dimash es impresionante y este tema y el vídeo deberían ser reconocidos con todos los premios habidos y por haber. Thank you for your great and empathetic reaction to this masterpiece. In The Story Of One Sky he composed and sang the whole soundtrack himself. The video shows once again that Dimash is an absolute genius. In composing, in singing but also as an actor and as a storyteller. The powerful message conveyed by this video is more relevant today than ever. I think this video is mostly about the message. This message however, is for the first time more important than his vocal abilities. His voice is just the tool in this video. But simply unbelievable. His singing is indescribable and I don’t have the words to express it adequately. But it is only the mediator of what this video is about. This is so heartbreaking and sad and an awesome masterpiece. Pure goosebumps. You probably have to see it more than once to understand it. He worked on this composition for three years and also wrote the screenplay. The premiere was on September 24, 2022. As some have mentioned, this video should be seen by many people. It may be very brutal for some. But let’s not forget that for many, including children, this is everyday life in some countries. And Dimash relentlessly shows us how ugly war is. During his concerts he always tells the audience he loves all people in every country. He visited so many different counties with his concerts and he realized that there are no bad nations (only bad leaders). And OMG he is such a phenomenal actor. Dimash was the little boy who was drowning in the beginning and he gave the necklace to his childhood friend (and future leader) and the girl. The girl on the beach was his future wife. She was pregnant and in the end of the video she gave birth to her and Dimashs' (character) second child. The littel girl who was shot was Dimashs and her first daughter. When he came home and saw his daughter dead on the ground, he had to assume that his wife and unborn child were also killed. Desperation and maybe revenge has led him to kill his former friend. When I first saw the video, I was shocked. I didn't think he was going to shoot his friend. But in the end that all made sense. Dimash wanted to show what revenge can do. Violence always breeds violence, and because of this, not only is the leader dead, but so is Dimash. It was so heartbreaking to see Dimash drown at the end. Dimash in the last sequence of the video was the baby that was born and now as a grown man unites people of different nationalities and religions for peace. In this video you can see how the main religions are represented mostly with his voice. Islam with the type of Arabic melisma (unfortunately I don't know the correct explanation for this type of singing), Buddhism with the monks and the enchanting "Om", Judaism with the shofar and the Christian church with the soprano singing, which often can be heard in churches. Samaltau is about a young Kazakh who was forcibly recruited by Russia in 1916. This is considered to be Dimash"s masterpiece. He is a firm advocat of peace & has attended forums as a guest speaker on this. He has also been appointed an Ambassador of ION for the United Nations. He sings this live at his concerts & it is incredible! If you want to check out the live performance, look for his Almaty concert from 2022. 👉 That is the grandiose and impressive result of three years of compositional work by Dimash Qudaibergen. This clip is not about war, it’s about peace. War here is a means of expressing the contrast of what happens when we lose love for one another. It is about the call to unite, to stop dividing each other along national, social, religious lines in order to preserve life, love, friendship, and the land for our children. Story: The clip is divided into several parts. One day the friend saves the protagonist when he almost drowns. The three children are friends and their common external symbol is the necklace (gnomon). Both boys are in love with the girl. But she chooses “Dimash”. The other boy feels hurt. The pendant is a gnomon, the shadow hand of a sundial, which served as a nautical compass in ancient times. This symbol is upside down on the uniforms. (That's not how it works.) It's war. The children are grown and the two boys have parted ways. Dimash's childhood friend has become the country's president/general and mercilessly follows his twisted ideology. As an antagonist (He is the Piper - based on the “Pied Piper of Hamelin”), he carries the idea of a saving war: “Only war will lead us to peace. Only the strongest can find love in their hearts. You must be strong enough to give freedom to the world. A world where every city, every home is one. We accompany everyone who is ready to start this new life. Anyone who resists has no place with us. I choose freedom. The world is my oyster and I want to give it to you… War is the way to a united people!” The main character, Dimash, also speaks of unity, of peace, but through the lens of kindness and love. He's struggling, he's confused, he's in shock, but he has to save his family - his pregnant wife and his young daughter. When he finally comes home, he is horrified to discover that his entire family has been killed. His wife has disappeared and his little daughter is dead. The loss of his daughter almost drives him crazy. (Dimash says in a growling voice: Адам керуен, өмір жол. Man is a caravan, life is a road. - Kazakh proverb) He wants revenge and an end to the horror. He shoots the general, his childhood friend and former lifesaver... and is killed himself. The protagonist's wife survives with the help of people who know that she is the one who will give birth to a special child. The many pilgrims are people of all religions who walk together the arduous path to the light, to a place of hope, truth and peace. One day, the protagonist's son grew up to be one of their leaders. Хочу добавить, что съемки велись в двух локациях весной 2022 г. Город в кадре - это Кенигсберг - немецкий город , в котором в Вторую Мировую войну шли ожесточенные бои и который по результатам войны отошел России и называется теперь Калининград. Для меня этот город имеет особенное значение. В 1945 г его брал и в нем встретил окончание той войны мой отец. А вторая локация - Чарынский каньон в Казахстане , на земле, по которой издревле шел Великий Шелковый путь, который соединял Восток и Запад. Сразу же после начала войны в Украине Димаш отменил все свои выступления в России и Белоруссии. Клип он презентовал 23 сентября 2022 года на своем концерте в Алматы. За два дня до этого в соседней стране россии путин объявил мобилизацию и к нам в Казахстан хлынул поток убежавших от нее россиян. Молодые мужчины с рюкзаками бродили по улицам .

I was watching your faces during the video and it's the same as mine was. I felt like I was watching a movie and then I realized it was a music video! What a huge production for a music video - Dimash worked on it for 3 years. He composed the music himself and oversaw the orchestration. With this Masterpiece, which music took Dimash three years to compose (he also wrote the script and directed the video, with the help and professional advice from the official director Alina Veripya) demonstrates that Dimash is much more than just a singer with an extraordinary voice.
