Thank you for your great and empathetic reaction to this masterpiece. In The Story Of One Sky he composed and sang the whole soundtrack himself. The video shows once again that Dimash is an absolute genius. In composing, in singing but also as an actor and as a storyteller. The powerful message conveyed by this video is more relevant today than ever. I think this video is mostly about the message. This message however, is for the first time more important than his vocal abilities. His voice is just the tool in this video. But simply unbelievable. His singing is indescribable and I don’t have the words to express it adequately. But it is only the mediator of what this video is about. This is so heartbreaking and sad and an awesome masterpiece. Pure goosebumps. You probably have to see it more than once to understand it. He worked on this composition for three years and also wrote the screenplay. The premiere was on September 24, 2022. As some have mentioned, this video should be seen by many people. It may be very brutal for some. But let’s not forget that for many, including children, this is everyday life in some countries. And Dimash relentlessly shows us how ugly war is. During his concerts he always tells the audience he loves all people in every country. He visited so many different counties with his concerts and he realized that there are no bad nations (only bad leaders). And OMG he is such a phenomenal actor. Dimash was the little boy who was drowning in the beginning and he gave the necklace to his childhood friend (and future leader) and the girl. The girl on the beach was his future wife. She was pregnant and in the end of the video she gave birth to her and Dimashs' (character) second child. The littel girl who was shot was Dimashs and her first daughter. When he came home and saw his daughter dead on the ground, he had to assume that his wife and unborn child were also killed. Desperation and maybe revenge has led him to kill his former friend. When I first saw the video, I was shocked. I didn't think he was going to shoot his friend. But in the end that all made sense. Dimash wanted to show what revenge can do. Violence always breeds violence, and because of this, not only is the leader dead, but so is Dimash. It was so heartbreaking to see Dimash drown at the end. Dimash in the last sequence of the video was the baby that was born and now as a grown man unites people of different nationalities and religions for peace. In this video you can see how the main religions are represented mostly with his voice. Islam with the type of Arabic melisma (unfortunately I don't know the correct explanation for this type of singing), Buddhism with the monks and the enchanting "Om", Judaism with the shofar and the Christian church with the soprano singing, which often can be heard in churches. Dimash himself had a longing to tell the story. He wrote the screenplay and script for this epic film. He composed the music also did all the production himself, and had his words put into English lyrics by a lyricist. He worked closely with the director to make his vision come to life. Every sound you hear is made by Dimash, every single sound other than the Dictators speech. You need to watch this without your film head on to properly understand the story, even then there will be much you will miss, but we Dears notice regarding all the symbolism buried in the storyline. Dimash is very peaceful, kind and full of love so he has written songs with anti war sentiments. The soldier actor from the start is Dimash and at 6ft 3in he wiil be crouching but the cameraman may not be 😂 . The necklaces are parts of a marine compass. Everyone that worked on this is highly professional, Dimash always works with the very best people in everything he does. He is highly intelligent and has been a professional himself for many years despite his youth ❤ if I remember rightly this film, filmed in the Russian enclave of Kaliningrad took only about a week, of course the planning took longer, but Dimash was in between concerts so there was very little time.❤ He is known for being a "One Take" artist in the recording studio and as he is able to pick things up quickly he never wastes anyones time when he works on anything ❤ your critique in the Dictators bunker about moving the door, well I think when you see the scene near the end of the film you will see that it's an integral part of the story ❤ The buildings are actual derelict buildings in Kaliningrad, most likely an old factory complex. The set dressing is indeed second to none. A film of this quality is not really a music video, its a short film, a masterpiece of art, melding the music and visuals into a heartwrenching story of life in a war torn country, bought about by one who was a close friend. The girl and drowning boy grew up married and had a little girl, she wasshot by enemy soldiers. The boy who saved his friend and was rejected by the girl at the start of the film grew up to be the Dictator. The wife was pregnant with a son who grew up to lead the pilgrims and the light you saw, it was a natural sunset, no post production for that. ❤ yes the pilgrims in the desert was shot in Charyn Canyon in Almaty, Kazakhstan. It's a very beautiful place and its huge. Kazakhstan is the 9th largest country in the world, but it's the number one, largest landlocked country. ❤

I've watched this so many times, and never realized that Dimash was shaking when he finds the people who were killed in the hallway. I saw the tears dripping off his chin as he holds the little girl who was killed, and I kept thinking, the audio of Dimash crying that hard--I couldn't take it. It tears me up when he is sad or hurt, because we see how he brings emotion into his songs. But to act that scene, he had to let it all out, and not hold back. It's wrenching. And then when he gets killed after killing the Piper, wow. I've seen behind the scenes where they rehearsed this, and I can take that because you see all the people who are off camera when it is shown. I hope he does some acting in movies, not just a cameo or something, but a real major role. He will always be singer Dimash, but that isn't all he is. The Story of One Sky is proof, as are many other music videos, that he is also an actor. Jackie Chan thinks so, too.

He's been focused on this wish for years and this masterpiece of a short film is "all Dimash." Thank you for your very interesting reaction. You may be coming to the realization that Dimash can sing anything; he's the greatest vocal artist of our time.Not only did Dimash devote three years of his life to this music and film, but he financed it out of his own pocket, according to his father. It was so great to see your reaction from a filmmaker’s perspective. Dimash wrote this himself, taking 3 years. An important note, the symbol that little Dimash finds in the fisherman’s trunk is a gnomon, the centerpiece of a mariner’s compass. Due to jealousy, the older boy doesn’t wear and even bends his. We see he uses an inverted version of the gnoman(with no center hole to let in the light) on the uniforms of his soldiers. He has chosen a dark path. In the end we see him holding the gnoman again, maybe as a sign of regret? It is a deep message, that the innocence of children who were once friends can be destroyed with war. And the different religious leaders, all walking the same path to the light. The baby grows up to be Dimash who has chosen to lead others to the light. Dimash’s mission is to promote love peace and unity with his art and music ❤

Yes, your assumptions were correct: the baby was the son of Dimash's character. Remember, the necklaces weren't made until after Dimash's character was saved. People got confused when the son looked like Dimash. But the main point is that war brings horrendous pain and loss. It's very clear Dimash is against war and, through music, he hopes to help unite people of all nations. Some people are certain that peace will never be achieved, but I'd rather have hope as Dimash does, than to carry an attitude that guarantees a negative outcome. Filming was split between two countries, the war scenes were filmed in Russia and the desert scenes in Charyn Canyon National Park in Kazakhstan. Dimash's self directed MV Qairan Elim also shows incredibly beautiful scenery from Kazakhstan and he rerecorded video for the Stranger Tour monologues in various special parts of the country. He's proving to be an incredible actor as well as a vocalist, he's repeatedly been offered movie roles and until now has turned them down as he wanted to focus on his music but from recent photos it appears that he may have changed his mind and actually taken on an acting role playing a renowned Kazakh scientist from history.

Dimash sings this entire piece in concert, amazingly. The gruff voice used as the people of all religions climb together is suggesting that we are all traveling this difficult path in life together like pilgrims. It was reported that this video cost 7 million dollars and took Dimash three years to complete. This video is rich with symbolism that is explained in other comments here. One thing that you will appreciate as a director is the scene where the pilgrims are facing a bright line shining in the mountains. It was a fortuitous event that the director wisely took advantage of, a gift from nature that fit the scene perfectly. Also, you can guess the fate of the daughter when you hear the click of the weapon at the end of her scene. Interestingly, the director is a woman he has worked with before. Please check out his other fabulous mini-movie, Okay. I would love to hear your thoughts on that one, done in sepia and grey tones. I find that Dimash's videos a full of references that are a reflection of a superior, educated mind. I don't even know if he does this intentionally or instinctively but philosophy, psychology and advanced science figures into his work. And he's always saying that you haven't seen anything yet. The lyrics of the song and Russian poet Lilia Vinogradova and the video direction by Alina Veripya! (2) The artifact that the boy found in the trunk and that was turned into necklaces is a "gnomon", a needle for a sundial (a rustic device for keeping time); (3) The name "Piper" (piper, or piper) is known as a synonym for "dictator", "despot": This originates from the tale of the "Pied Piper of Hamelin" (folk tale rewritten by the Brothers Grim), where a piper was hired to deal with the rat infestation of the city of Hamelin (Germany, 1284). After hypnotizing the rats with his magic flute and drowning them in the Weser, the artist went to collect the amount owed (one coin per head) and was not paid (they alleged that he did not present the "heads" of the rats). Great heartfelt reaction to this powerful video and song! ❤ The war did not unite anyone, as the war leader claimed, but divided the friends that fought on different sides and lost their lives in the end. But soldier Dimash’s child (who looks like him) was able to live in a different world, where people from different cultures and religions walk together in peace. This makes me cry every time. Thank you for your reaction. It takes many viewings to really get all there is to offer in this film. Dimash is an ambassador for peace. Many have shared the storyline, so I won't repeat the information. Dimash shared in an interview that he could not trust this to others. He composed the music, worked with another to translate his thoughts into lyrics, wrote the screenplay/script, acted, sang and financed this masterpiece. It does not matter how many times I see this film, it still is so impactful.

This video was shot by Russian director Alina Veripya as part of an international film crew in 2022 as a statement of their attitude (and first of all Dimash's, who worked on the musical component of this work for 3 years) to the horror of military conflicts happening in the world. It was a very timely statement, although, unfortunately, it remains relevant at all times. Filming of locations in a city destroyed by military action and on the beach took place in the Russian part of the Baltic coast, in Kaliningrad, and filming of the procession of travelers was filmed in southern Kazakhstan, in the Charyn Canyon. The budget of this video is 7 million dollars. Dimash himself came up with the plot and wrote the script for this video. By the way, this is already the second collaboration of Dimash with director Alina Veripya. Alina shot the first video for Dimash for the song #Okay. In my opinion, this is also an outstanding director's work, with a deep multifaceted plot, although Dimash does not demonstrate his extreme vocal abilities in this work. The script for the video #Okay was written by Alina. In another comment, I will provide a detailed interpretation of the video #TheStoryOfOneSky, which should fully reveal to you the ideological message of this masterpiece.

Excellent reaction! However, I would suggest you watch this video multiple times. You viewed it as a film maker with knowledge of which most of us were only vaguely aware. We recognized the level of the film, but not the techniques involved. However, you need to view it more times to hear the music as the narration behind the film, as the musical masterpiece it is, as a heavily symbol-laden piece of literature, and at least again after you have discovered all those elements to see them working together. From my perspective, I think the boy (dimash) at the end is indeed Dimash's son (the baby) that was born in the time of war, and being brought up and experienced war, He knew better and later on being the leader towards unity, peace and a new and better days (I think it is Dimash's encouragement to the new generations to know better, that a lot of nations have experienced and suffered from past wars, and we need to leave all that 'way of life' behind us and aim for unity through peace). This was Dimash’s passion piece. He invested three years time in the composition and production of this music video. Small points: both the girl and the new baby (boy) were the children of Dimash’s character and his wife - his childhood sweetheart. The birth is happening while the father and “Piper” (the tyrannical leader/childhood friend) are dying. It seems the mother passes during childbirth but the son grows to look like his father and chooses a peaceful path. Stellar reaction and interesting analysis from the filmmaking perspective. ‘The Story of One Sky’ - an important fact: Every 3 years the ‘Congress of the Leaders of the World and Traditional Religions’ is held in Kazakhstan. The Congress reports directly back to the United Nations’ and the final message at the end of ‘One Sky’ is a quote from the report submitted in 2019. In September 2022 Dimash was invited to perform at the ‘Seventh Congress of the Leaders of the World and Traditional Religions’ and actually premiered (singing ‘live’) “The Story of One Sky” to over 100 religious leaders at this ‘closed’ event. These leaders responded with a standing ovation and referred to ‘One Sky’ as the unofficial anthem of the event. The following day Dimash was presented to Pope Francis and was given a medal and he received a blessing from the Grand Imam of Al-Azhar, Whamad el-Tayeb. So, choosing both the quote at the end of the song/MV and what he chooses to do in the ‘vocalise’ section of the song then becomes, to me anyway, more poignant and powerful. In the ‘vocalise’ there is, at the very least, the Muslim call to prayer, the Jewish Shofar, the Om of Buddhism and Hinduism and the bells of the Christian church so he has woven musical references of the world’s faiths together - WOW!

Thanks for your in depth reaction to this epic, stunning, heartbreaking piece of art. Very close to Dimashs heart is the suffering particularly of children because of war. The central point of the piece is when he is really broken by finding his daughter has been killed, his acting is shattering here. Note that the taller boy who becomes the tyrant, refuses to wear the token around his neck, but looks at it possibly as a symbol of his rejection by the girl. So the symbol means tyranny to him whereas to the other two it means friendship caring and loyalty. By the way it is a piece of navigation equipment used by sailors. Thank you. The necklace symbol is from a part of a sundial, the gnomon. And yes, all of the vocals are Dimash's . Dimash worked on this for 3 years and spent a ton of money on it. He brought together all of the best actors and film makers etc. for this video. Dimash worked up the storyboard etc. This is his masterpiece. The taller boy bends his and his vision is warped as he grows and he becomes the commander. The boy who was drowning becomes the soldier. The little girl who spurned the taller boy, grows and becomes the soldier's wife and they have the little girl that is murdered. The wife is pregnant and she dies in childbirth. Her necklace is placed on the baby who is born at the moment that his father, the soldier dies. The soldier kills his old friend because his daughter was killed. And the soldier is then killed in turn. Then you see his life passing through him. The pilgrims are struggling towards the light and peace. They represent all religions. The baby becomes the leader of the pilgrims. This was performed by Dimash at the council on religion and Dimash was given a medal from the Pope for his efforts towards peace. This is a stunning and meaningful masterpiece that should be seen by everyone.

Thank you for your wonderful and insightful reaction☺ It allowed me to look at this mini-movie with a fresh perspective, even though I've seen it many times already😍Most of the plot explanations have already been described in other comments. I think there's another detail that escaped your attention, and not only yours, because many viewers don't notice it😜 In the last shot on the beach, the camera zooms in on the hand of "Dimash's friend", we see a slightly crushed triangle of a necklace in his hand. After a moment, the camera shows the Dictator's hand, it's lying on the desk on a book next to... the same necklace! After then does the focus shift to the Dictator's arm and his symbol of dictatorship😋 Similarly, only few people notice that Dimash's wife is pregnant, but it was more visible in the MV teaser. After the premiere of this MV, I watched an interview with the casting director and the young actors. This guy told that they were looking for children who were visually similar to the adult actors who would play the three friends. They took care of all the details: little "Dimash" has dark eyes, hair and a dark complexion, his friend is tall, has blond hair and a characteristic birthmark on his face, and the same goes for the girl, who has similar facial features and hair color to the adult actress. They even made sure that their eye color matched their adult counterparts. Of course, all the children had already had acting training and had previously played in theater or cinema. The boy who played little Dimash said that the most difficult scene was the drowning scene, but it so happened that he had already played a drowned person for the second time, so this time it went better for him, he laughed that he was created for such roles 😜 In general, I always get emotional when I watch this MV, and even more so when I listen to Dimash's live performance - then this song literally tears hearts💔 Interestingly, during concert performances, another film is broadcast on the screen in the background of the stage, which contains only some of the scenes from the MV (fragments with pilgrims) and shots of Dimash singing with the Charyn Canyon in the background. At the last two huge concerts on September 13 and 14, 2024, we saw that Dimash added new scenes to this "concert" film. Now during religious vocals we see him covered in wounds, bloody, singing in a bunker surrounded by people and children of different cultures, according to a given part of the melody (Muslims, Jews, Buddhists, Christians), then all these people, facing the approaching threat, join hands, regardless of religion, race, origin... This symbolic gesture shocked the entire audience, many people cried 💔 Please, if you can, analyze Dimash's other MVs, each is in a different style, in many of them Dimash shows his best acting skills, including a large dose of humor, e.g. Be With Me, Okay, Golden, Know, Smoke... The woman is soldier-Dimash's wife and of course is the girl from the beginning. The little girl who is killed is their child. The woman is pregnant during this firefight but she escapes the building. It is their son she is delivering, either while this is going down or not long after. Both soldier-Dimash and the tyrant-friend choose the path of violence and death. They lived by the sword and died by the sword. The son grows up and rejects that path, and as prophet-Dimash, delivers those who choose life into the light. Lots of misinterpretations in the comments about the cost of the video and other details, not that it matters.

This was a Requiem, it's a look back at what brought you to where you are now. So the baby born at the end was Dimash's and his wife's (who dies in childbirth) and he is who you see all grown up leading all the religious peoples into the light . So the end was the beginning . Dimash uses symbolism and images with music to communicate the emotion of the devastation of war. Here you concentrate on the technical aspects....but it is the message that is what is important. Its art using technology wisely. Technique, the artistic and the creative, and the music and lyrics speaks to the mastery of bringing this important message to life. For a small film I believe it deserves an award. It took him 3 years to write and produce. Not to mention sing. Who else sings like this? And acts. This is not a music video. This is a short film about the ravages of war. This is what the people in the Ukraine are going through right now. This is Eastern Europe. This is by far the best explanation I have found. It was written by Heiderose Kober: This is subtitled "Requiem” but it is also a vision and a call to action. Dimash is steeped in sacred music and has a deep understanding of the mystic teachings and symbolism of the major world religions as well as Kazakh shamanism. It is not by coincidence that the first performance of this work took place on September 14, 2022, at the Congress of Leaders of World and Traditional Religions in Kazakhstan. The written statement at the end of the video is directly from the “Document on Human Fraternity for World Peace and Living Together” signed jointly on February 4, 2019, by Pope Francis and the Grand Imam of Al-Azhar, Ahmad el-Tayeb. Dimash met and spoke with both men at the September meeting. Everything Dimash does is intentional, and this piece has layers that would take a dissertation to unravel. I only touch on some of what struck me in the symbolism. The music is a dissertation all by itself. The pendant is an interesting element. It is a gnomon from a maritime compass sundial. This triangular blade is attached to the sundial, casting a shadow on the sundial while the perforated pinhole projects the image of the sun onto the dial. It was used for both timekeeping and navigation, with the gnomon oriented to True North. (Thank you, Snarky Tart for that information). In the MV, (the taller child) who later becomes the military commander, never puts on the necklace. After Dimash, (the drowning boy), gives his friend the pendant. The camera focuses on his hand and shows that his friend has bent the gnomon in anger over being rejected by the girl (later Dimash's Wife and the mother of his daughter who is killed). Thus bent, it can never be oriented to True North, and he has lost his moral compass. Later, we see a version of the gnomon as the military insignia on the uniforms of the commander and his soldiers, but distorted and without the hole that allows light to shine through rendering it useless as a compass. When we lose the original intent of a symbol by twisting it into something it is not or by just paying lip service, it no longer has any spiritual meaning. At best it becomes a useless prop, at worst it is used to mislead and manipulate people. Contemporary music is also present: With the phrase "We have passed the moment of Imagine," Dimash reminds us that we are past the sentiments evoked by the song "Imagine" by John Lennon. It is time to stop dreaming about a world of peace and harmony. If we choose life, if we wish for peace, if we want a world without war for our children and grandchildren, we must act and take up the long hard path up the mountain towards the light. It is the only way. The storyline is a very human one: we start as innocents until our hearts are broken, we fail, or our dreams are not realized. If in our pain and disappointment, we turn to anger and blame instead of acceptance, power instead of love, greed and envy instead of generosity, hatred instead of forgiveness, and revenge instead of justice, we sow the seeds for conflicts that can turn into war. The Piper's call is seductive as it promises redress for our grievances, control over our circumstances, and power over those who thwarted us, and this appeals to our wounded ego. However, let's remember that the Piper is a symbolic figure of Death from the Middle Ages, often used as a metaphor for trusting and following charismatic but dangerous and malevolent leaders to certain death. Even if we resist, as the adult Dimash character does, we often employ the same methods and weaponry as the Piper, and thus those who fight back betray peace as well because peace cannot be won through violence. That is the dilemma of those of us who did not start the war, who do not support the war, but are forced to respond in order to defend ourselves and those we love. How can we rid the world of evil without becoming what we fight against? The burning sign "Waldenberg" is a reference to the end of WWII when the US Army destroyed the last of the resistance by the German Wehrmacht close to the end of the war in April 1945 in the part of Germany where I grew up. I have seen the aftermath of war as I was born a few years later when much of Germany was still in rubble. Waldenburg is only 28 miles from my hometown and was completely destroyed as you can see from the picture. Many of the dead in those bombed-out buildings were women and children. The good guys defeated evil but at what price? War is not the answer. We must find better ways to keep evil in check. iowaculture.gov/.../american-troops-move-through The last movement is powerful: The cries over the loss of a beloved child and the cries of giving birth to new life are presented as a call-and-response grounded by a powerful Om chant that creates a sacred space, reminding us that death and birth are both sacraments and are interwoven in the tapestry of life. Dimash's vocalization and the pilgrims representing world religions and religious leaders, past and present, walking together shift the narrative toward the final conflict and finally redemption. When Dimash’s character decides to avenge the murder of his daughter, his state of consciousness is reflected in the darkening sky with lightning bolts of anger accompanying the storm of his emotions that buffets the pilgrims and hinder progress. The fog of war obscures the light. When he is killed after exacting retribution, he is dropped back into the "sacred womb" of Earth, the ocean of love and mercy, and is cleansed of the old hatreds and grievances that only bring more death and suffering. He breaks the wheel of endless war and suffering by choosing life. Dimash's scream of “we’re choosing life” is that of giving birth: the old earthly consciousness of an eye for an eye has to die to make way for a new spiritual consciousness that embraces all life. Soul is breaking free to return to its natural state of love and purity as exemplified by the images of the children and the newborn baby. The blowing of the shofar signals God's mercy for humankind when it turns from wrong to right: in the Zohar, the book of Jewish mysticism, it says: “When human beings repent of their sins, they blow the shofar on earth. Its sound ascends On High and awakens the heavenly shofar, and so mercy is aroused and judgment is removed.” Reborn as a leader for peace and love, Dimash's character in the form of his son becomes a spiritual guide for all of mankind on our shared journey up the mountain towards the light of God, however we may interpret or name the divine. We are all on the same path, even if our personal narratives, cultural heritage, race, and spiritual orientations are very different from one another. By focusing on our common destination rather than on our differences, we can walk together in peace and love and mutual respect. Carl Jung wrote: “Knowing your own darkness is the best method for dealing with the darknesses of other people. One does not become enlightened by imagining figures of light, but by making the darkness conscious. The most terrifying thing is to accept oneself completely. Your visions will become clear only when you can look into your own heart. Who looks outside, dreams; who looks inside, awakes.” This is what Dimash has done with this work; he has made the darkness conscious. We can only raise our individual and collective consciousness by bringing to light what needs to be healed in our lives and our world, and then we need to work together to restore wholeness to what is broken and bring about peace and unity, one step at a time. We don’t have to wait. We can start right now. As the hymn tells us: "Let there peace in the world, and let it begin with me." Baraka B

Dimash’s daughter was killed but wife was survived. And then she also died at the same time as Dimash was shot as she gave birth to their son who grew up to be a leader/savior in a dystopian future.. And i agree that it was a briliiant choice to drop him back into water at the end which i guess he died drowning in his own blood because he was shot several times in the chest. These are my views on this amazing masterpiece Story of One Sky - The boy who was drowning was (Dimash's character as a child) made the necklaces that were given to the girl who grew up to be (Dimash's pregnant wife) and the boy who saved him who (grew up to be the military leader), possibly out of jealousy. The military leader waged his war The part in the video with the little girl and the people in the hallway were Dimash's family who had been wiped out the little girl whose body he picked up was his daughter, the baby that was born was his son who grew up to be Dimash grown up at the end!!! The Dimash at the end can also be seen as Dimash in the afterlife leading others to the light in peace. Dimash takes his revenge on his former friend. The new baby represented a new innocent life beginning as the father dies. (And he does die) also the mother died in childbirth. The baby grew up to be a leader of men who seek peace. He wore his parents necklace, to always remember. One of the most profound lines in The Story of One Sky is the line "Learn to share the love, Not shares" Not shares meaning stop making money out of war rich people have many shares in companies that profit from weapon manufacturing making them richer while the innocent suffer sadly this is why war exists. MONEY, GREED and POWER. This video needs to be shown worldwide. Something else I noticed is in his dying breath he sang (We're Choosing Life) as he finally passed away now that is powerful

. . . the fighting is filmed in the German concentration camp Woldenberg, now in Poland! We see the sign "Woldenberg" in the video laying on the ground. The camp was built 1938 to keep 7500 prisoners of war. After war it was used to keep pigs. It took Dimash three years to finish this master piece of art! The music is great, but not important. It´s the story behind it and the perfection of the timing in this film.

Although filming half of it in Kazakhstan may have cut down the cost. We do know that over 400 people were involved in making it and the salaries alone must have cost a fortune, adding on the costumes and equipment, location hire, feeding all those people, trucks and RVs, makeup artists etc, etc this certainly didn't come cheaply.

Many of you write that Dimash is the drowning boy at the beginning of the film. I don't know who said this or where it is written, but look at the characters !!! I'm sure it's the other way around. The dictator is a white man (I think the child is also white /like the drowning boy/), Dimash is Asian, with slightly darker skin and Asian eyes. So I don't know, but I think Dimash saves the dictator at the beginning ;) PEACE
