Funny, that prostitution money wasn't an issue when it helped the defendant move to a different state, get furniture and secure an appartment. The judge is WRONG, when you are on the lease you have every right to come and go as you please. And is the judge so naive that he can't imagine that a woman would prostitue herself while her child is in the next room, it happens all the time.
