Being Sticklers for the Law

The plaintiff gave the defendants a deposit on an apartment they were renting. When she realized the place didn’t have a working sink, the plaintiff decided to back out. The defendants won’t return the deposit, so the plaintiff is suing. The defendants argue that deposits are nonrefundable, so they deny owing anything.

The two defendants are such liars. A landlord would never give a tenant permission to rent his apartment and allow (the tenant) to keep the rent. If the landlord wanted to rent out the unit. This is the impression others get when someone dresses in holiday dinner date attire, that if you saw her at the convenience store on a Sunday, that she would have pajamas or leggings or yoga pants on, and a black camisole or little t-shirt with a bunch of holes cut into it. I used to run a cash register. My first job was Burger King at age 15 in 1987. There's always those people who come in without looking in a mirror and noticing that there's a big pot leaf on their chest. Or maybe it's intentional, like they are hoping they can wink at a guy and make a trade. Sad thing though - I actually really like her sweater. I would wear out in February for a Valentine's Day afternoon at a wine tasting brick oven pizza place. Her whole look is cute. If I was a guy, I'd want to ask her out.

When everything is honest, there shouldn't be a problem calling the landlord. It's very important to look into the owner of the building, deed for the house, check with the township to see who really owns the building. When looking for an apartment don't look with your heart take your time don't rush!! There's a lot of scammers ready to take your money and run!
