excellent - favorite of an abundance of take-aways: Ryan Fernando build is ideal; as long as strong, flexible, proportionate vs body building - importance of mind for health; e.g., a sleep-deprived new mother can still feel good if focused on blessing/joy of newborn - to be cautious of forced inhale/exhale, breath-holding such as Wim Hof - Thank you so much! Every second was informative & fun

What an inspiring video! Hansajma Yogendra mam beautifully highlights the connection between a healthy lifestyle and inner happiness. I loved her insights on the importance of mindfulness and balance in daily life. The emphasis on holistic well-being-incorporating both physical health and mental peace-really resonated with me. It's a great reminder that small, consistent changes can lead to a more fulfilling life. Looking forward to applying her tips! The secret are superb and many new things I learnt.
