Great video. But didn't fix my problem. My issue is with the blank ink. Added a new cartridge. Did the self cleaning thing. Still doesn't work 😔 prints a blank white sheet with very faint black words here and there.

I have tried the cleaning maintenance selection several times. Still not get a good cleaning. Lines still appear

My MFC J625DW will NOT print any colors. The ink is all fairly new, although not Brother ink. The black is the only thing that prints properly. Is it time to throw it out, or can it be fixed? I have run the head cleaning function at least six times and that does not seem to help.

Try this printhead cleaning with this kit, geni.us/sponsorbpcleaningkit and if it still doesnt work then you may need a new printer.

First, I tried doing the cleaning process. You do not have to do it manually. Go to settings, select General Setup, select Maintenance, then select Impr. PrintQuality twice. Start the cleaning process. I did this, and it worked!

@@sk8errg1rl Thanks. The print head cleaning did not work. The ink Chanel’s were blocked. I got a kit and fixed the problem. One must be very careful where they buy their ink cartridges.

Dude you've got to SAY how to get to maintenance. Not everyone knows what buttons gets there. Also you mentioned "check the ink manually' but do you then place them back or proceed to maintenance without the ink? You've got to be specific when you are making a video
