can fat be transported for use in cells from adipose tissue via HDL having been collected by the ApoA proteins on chylomicrons in the hours after eating a meal with fat in it? If so then what are the effects on cholesterol and triglyceride balance in various bodies and tissues?

What's the difference between a tri-acyl glycerol and a triglyceride. People make it sound like they're two names for exactly the same family of molecules but I worry that "glyceride" implies an ionic compound.
