Beth is such a genuine beautiful soul. Honestly the womens division carried the wwe through as the mens division wasn't exactly firing on all cylinders a few years back. I am obviously not a pro wrestler but I was run over by a car going 40 mph. It broke my back, split my skull, broke both shoulders, the right one completely exploded and aside from my back the place they had to put the most metal in me, and broke my tib/fib in 3 spots right leg where they put a metal bar from my knee to my ankle. I have been trying so hard to find the right ways to stay in shape as I'm 37 now. I'm pretty interested in this planking and yoga combo.

As someone who has worked in animal welfare for over a decade, thank you Beth for offering some mental health service to veterinarians. Most people don't know that the suicide rate of those in animal welfare is one of the highest of any profession, including first responders and military. 1 in 6 veterinarians have admitted to contemplating suicide. It's called Secondary Traumatic Stress Disorder, or Compassion Fatigue. So again, thank you for offering some assistance to veterinarians. ❤

After Chyna , Jazz and Jacqueline left it took some time to see another phenomenal woman, strong and beautiful so once Beth entered the WWE scene I was sooooo excited! Another woman that doesn’t fit the stereotypical barbie (which I always wished I was) but Beth and these are other physically strong women is what I knew I looked like.
