Adam Pearce reminds me of Cena in a lot of ways in terms of his outlook on life, his core values, how he carries himself day-to-day and staying positive in the face of adversity. Really down to earth dude who doesn’t get enough credit in my opinion. Him and Nick Aldis have been kicking ass as the GM’s

The fact he never really feels like a big part of the show is underrated. The time of the heel person in charge was great, but it’s so overdone by this stage it’s simply eye-rolling. Having someone there who simply moves the show along without being a major focus himself, something William Regal mastered in NXT…is absolutely ideal

Hes smart. He gets it. There are so many people who dont understand not everyone can be the main star. When you watch a movie or a tv show, 80 or 90% of the people you see are supporting actors. Too many fans complain that so and so isnt being pushed. You cant push everyone. Most of the roster are there to support the main stars, and thats ok. Thats the job.
