i seriously needed to make vegan, gluten free cupcakes TONIGHT. this video could not have been better timed! Looks so good and cute and I already have all the ingredients on hands ❤️ definitely going to give this recipe a try for Monday Game of throne night . We had game night last night and I made “ appetiser pastry”( the one that your dad was in the video) and apricot pastry and grilled cheese sandwiches. They are all your recipes and oh my , people loved the food❤️❤️❤️ they kept asking me if I bought those apricot pastries from local bakery because they looked so pretty and so tasty ❤️❤️❤️

Love the recipe! One advice: Mash the bananas in the peel with your fingers, then take off the peel, add the sugar and mash. It's sooooo much easier. I mash the bananas for my morning oat meal this way and I can do it with a spoon in 15 seconds :)
