I was 23 yrs old and worked a 3rd shift warehouse job and I mean it when I say this, about 80% of everybody at work that night was crying. "Everybody" stopped rapping about selling dope when the pimp put the fire under they azz. And went pop. Then went right back rapping about selling dope when he died, and that's just one example.... 99.99999% don't even know how "shook" the pimp had the "diamond" industry. IMPERIAL SEMI KING I was about 15 or 16 when Big Pimpin came out. I have heard of UGK at the time. I forgot what song I heard with UGK but I liked it. When I heard the song, Im like where is the other man at, I just did not know his name. I knew the names of UGK but I did not knoe Bun B was the first person who rapped and Pimp C was the second person on Big Pimpin. I just got the vibe he did not want to. His verse was extra short. As I am listening to the song for the first time, Im like Jay-Z is about to come back with another verse to close out the song. When I saw the video, it was confirmed it, Pimp C did not want to do it. He was not with Dame, Jay or Bun in any of the video shots together.
