When my daughter was small, she also had chapped lips. I would sneak in while she was sleeping and gently grease her lips, nose, and surrounding area. You do what you can when you can! 💙

My husband frequently just throws leftovers and other bits and snibbits together. It always comes out DIFFERENT, but it always comes out GOOD too. We've always called the results "Conglomeration of Glop". When our daughter was little, AND when HER kids were little they always got excited when we told them we were having Conglomeration of Glop for supper. Once a friend of hers heard us tell her that and asked what it was. My daughter replied: "We're not sure, it's never the same thing twice.....but it sure is GOOD!"

Love your day to day vlogs! This is life on the homestead. Never boring! Always jobs to do, some days the jobs are two much for one vlog. It’s ok! You are all amazing to watch. I’m 84, and loved our homestead days. We called it “ farming”. Though. Lots of the same things. Planting, building, cleaning, canning, putting up hay. A wonderful life to raise kids while doing it all. Love you!

I don’t live too far from y’all. I’m thinking on the other side of the mountain in NE Tennessee. I went outside today and sat on my antique buck board bench located between my apple trees. The two chickens I have came over and scratched around. Man it felt like spring. I too was making a mental note of what needed to be done. Beautiful day. ❤You guys.

Can't wait until the greenhouse is complete, and to see what you plant in there. It would take up my entire yard! I just do some raised beds and greenstone. Have a gas line cutting through the middle of the yard hampers a lot. Raised beds it is! Better than not growing what I can. Starting seeds this week here in Central Kentucky. Have a blessed evening

Ben, you can create a quick and easy way to pull up the sidewalls by attaching a rope as high as you'd ever want to raise it on the inside of the plastic, on the pole, then measure out the rope long enough to go down and out. and you can put a post out there to put an eye hook on to pull the rope through. Do this a few times down the length. Tie a knot in the end of the rope to prevent it from going back through the eye hook and then you just walk down the outside of the greenhouse and pull the knot to raise the plastic and tie it off in a slip knot. When you are ready to lower it, just pull the rope to undo the knot and voila!

Men think women are so complicated lol. All we need is to know we’re thought of…. A simple picked flower or something you see that reminds you of her when you see it. Like, I bet she’d like this. Or I think she said she needed that. Walk her to her side of the car, hold the door and her hand when she’s coming down steps. Pull out her chair. All the gentlemen things. Treat her like a queen and she will treat you like her king. After work one day (paint contractor) I had all the guys outside picking flowers for their wives & girlfriends…it was great!!
