They are sweetened with stevia, so depends on how you feel about that.

To be honest I don’t think the cartridges last long enough, well for the strength that I like to drink my drinks. So it can be quite expensive if you use it daily but it depends how you intend to use it? Hope that helps

@@PeteOnPurpose I like water on its own most of the time. I just like having the option to flavor it On the go. I can start my day with just water but I'm not stuck with it that way. I also enjoy things like the Hint waters that use the essence of fruit and stuff, so I'm sure I'll probably enjoy the Selah bottle's lowest flavors well enough. I ordered one last night with all ten flavors. I can't wait to try it and see for myself.
