We were not prepared for this challenge OR for the surprising results. In this one Nathan and Julia recount the video challenge where Nathan produced a video from start to finish in 20% of the time they normally spend on a video.

Project 24 is our membership program that teaches you how to work toward replacing your current income with income from KZbin channels and websites in 24 months.
Project 24 is a product of Income School LLC. Results mentioned are not typical. The trademark “Project 24” refers to the goal of some people to create a successful business in 24 months, but is not a promise or guarantee of that success. Many online businesses fail because, like any business, it requires hard work, skill, and dedication. Before making business decisions, consult financial and legal professionals licensed in your jurisdiction.

If you mean achieve stability to achieve financial stability... you definitely should not try to do that with adsense revenue. Monetization of a youtube channel should be done as a business using business methods. Many options but common ones are affiliate links, sponsors, courses, products, communities, coaching calls. If interested to know more I can share some youtube channels and videos that can help.

I've never told a soul about my channel.....at this point, the channel is so bad.... I would not be doing them any favors by asking them to sign their name to any of my disasterpieces! tHanks for the fun video!

What is average view percent? Same as retention? Never heard that metric before. Whether it's a kind of ctr or retention, 37.5% sounds like high number to achieve. Respect

It's one of the metrics KZbin shows. It's the percentage of the video that gets viewed during each view all averaged together. So if 1 person watches for 99% of the video and one more watches for 1% of the video, my average view percent would be 50%.

Here's a simple example Let's say there's a 10 minute video and viewers watched 5 minutes of the video that's a 50% average percentage viewed

Thanks for the replies, but it sounds just another term for retention. Correct me if I'm wrong..

Ideation/Research - scripting/story board - filming /editing - up loading/format editing (left many other steps out) ... 8 hours for all work for a 7 minute video is very doable if you have a team or know how to do almost all the steps well on your own. 99% of the creators on the tube are single person shops. The big guys can assume rolls as idea rainmakers with the "staff" building the product... none of this is new to the girl setting in her kitchen trying to crank out another 5:30 video... and... most creators never factor in their hourly $$ earnings because if they did they would start a car washing operation at the nearest empty lot. Perhaps you have forgotten where you started?? I left your video at 4:22 ...

Wouldn't you say that it's the goal for most solo creators to learn how to do the production steps well on their own? I'm not sure I understand your critique. Perhaps you missed the point of the video??
