Really appreciate these vids and props to the students for taking part. As a "self-taught" beach player (which means I have plenty of bad habits), I have a lot of muscle memory to reprogram and these walkthroughs/breakdowns are incredibly useful. Plus it's nice to see someone else struggling with the same timing issues. We all have to start somewhere, especially if we want proper mechanics so we can play for a long time!

I was getting worried half way through the video. His foot work started falling apart when he started hitting balls. But I was glad to see that coach raked out the sand to analyze his foot work and found the problem.
