Thank you for another great recipe! When I first started watching you WAY back in 2009 I was 22 and newly married with a one year old son. I didn’t know how to cook AT ALL! Nobody at home ever taught me. Betty, YOU taught me to cook and to cook well too! I’m 34 with 4 kids now and I can COOK! My love of cooking and entertaining is because of Betty! The baby that used to sit on my lap while I learned to cook from you now watches your videos with me and we make your recipes together. Thank you Betty and family, you’ve impacted my life more than you could ever know! ❤️

Well there are 2 good tips right to start off with. mixing the celery pepper onion first to get it evenly distributed --- such a simple thing but I bet most people start with a bowl of chicken and then add the colors in ... Also, cutting from the bottom of the vegetable to use the top as décor is so simple and so pretty and why did I never think of that. also ...you could serve in the hollowed out peppers and tomatoes too ! with a little forthought of chopping from the bottom...!!!! . We need you Betty....!

To store your left over chicken, you can put it in storage bags and roll the bags up to save space and keep ice out when freezing. Good for leftover turkey too (since there’s always a lot left, for me being alone).
