I am so happy that you are sharing your cooking with us again. Dear Betty, my two children and I watched you for years (they are 10 and 13 now), ever since finding you one night while looking for a Christmas jello recipe. I cannot tell you how much the three of us loved you and Rick! And the joy you brought during bedtime tuck-ins. My children lost their father (and I my husband) to aggressive and fast cancer two years ago. We have tremendous empathy for your loss and for building a life in the absence of someone you miss and love.
