Beware!!!!!!!!!! Bushnell Customer Service

Yep... Bushnell's customer service these days SUCKS!
They used to be pretty good... key word used to be.
Another good company going down the tubes of dismal performance.
I had a spare set of 30mm rings, so I printed up an adapter to make the 1 inch tube work, it's only for the MKll a 22. It should be fine.

3:03 pm had to deal with Bushnell for scope issues this month, November 2023. On both occasions I was on hold more than 1 hour waiting to talk to the right person. By contrast I had a moisture issue inside my vortex scope, they were right on it immediately, I could not be happier with vortex I am a loyal customer because of their customer service.... PS... I was forced to hang up the phone never got my issue resolved and wound up throwing the scope in the garbage, not out of aggravation or anger, but because at this point it just did not work anymore.

I had a problem with the TR25 red dot, after they saw my video, they actually called me. They sent me out the next level up red dot.

Ooh no not more BAD CS!!!!!😢😢 I have same scope. Mine been OK so far. Probably Chinese made crap steel. Junk rings are more of a problems then folks realize. Can you use/do ya need a good set of rings? If so how tall. I have a few Ill send ya a set.
