Poor Shivam kept forgetting 2 power from the gnarlid attacks...this is why math is for blockers :) Make Olivia figure it out, lol Gnarlid is 2, three auras for 5, and then ethereal armor was adding 2 for a while. Then you add the ordeal counters and then Mazzy later...

Wouldn’t the Ordeal of Heliod drop of the creature after each combat step, when it see’s that the creature already has three or more +1 counters on it and then he’d have to recast it each time, plus his life total would have been much higher!?

Evil aligned Character, ethnically from the 'monsterous races'. Finds magical weapon during plundering. Weapon is good aligned, with the spirit of a paladin/saint/good aligned extraplanar. Now gets to live through what most player characters only experience the other way: Reverse Corruption. Is now forced to act in the sentiments of good alignment. Pact of the Holy Blade Warlock. Bonus points: you get to decide if the spirit is aligned "Actually good" for a proper redemtion arc. Or "LawfulStupid" for double expectation subversion.

Fun fact that I learned a little while ago: "gruntled" is actually a word and it means "happy or pleased." I think it is the most bizarre word I have ever heard, I do not think of "happy or pleased" when I hear "gruntled" but it is a word that English decided to have and the "dis" in front of "disgruntled" is not there to be quirky, it's actually because it is the opposite of gruntled. The more you know, I guess.

Fun episode! Just a quick note around Shivam's enchantment. He should have sacrificed the Ordeal of Heliod after the creature had 3 or more counters on it. Don't think it changes much with infinite combat steps, except Olivia might have had the health to live at the end of the game with the Teysa. Things happen though and its all casual anyway. Congrats to all!

Second comment: For Shivam's information, and everybody else, the name of the sword in Tajic's hand is called a "flamberge." It's actually either an Arabic or Indian blade. For Olivia's Najeela deck, I've got two card suggestions, both for 3/W: Goldnight Commander and Valor of Akros. Both give +1/+1 whenever a creature enters the battlefield under her control. Also, both Gravity Well and Spidersilk Armor are flying defense, and the Armor can also give a +0/+1 board bonus.

the only 1 of counters spell thats worth it is the land one cause its fairly free to include cause its just a tapped land 60% of the time but that 1 time you get em when there tapped out it feels so good.

No, you're right. It looks at how many +1/+1 counters are on the enchanted creature, so if you enchant a 0/0 hydra with 2 +1/+1 counters, it'll trigger the first time you attack.
