If it got to tribunal, they would be asked to testify under oath. Would you want to risk lying under oath knowing there may be another party who could tell the truth? It’s a criminal offence.

@@Employment_with_Amythat’s when people claim that the other party is LYING. “Under oath” means nothing unless you have EVIDENCE, because people can and do lie, constantly.
