A copy right search would’ve let Beyoncé team know who the owners of the original track belonged too. They could’ve gotten paid. They didn’t even copyright the phrase release the wiggle 🤷🏽‍♀️

They may have a case with their lawsuit, but seeing as though the phrase “release your wiggle” was used so commonly in the lyrics of bounce music it’ll be hard to prove. Moreover, It just seems a tad bit audacious to be suing over words not a single person in the situation invented or put into Webster’s Dictionary 😂😂😂

The album the driver was referring to is live at filmore east....pleaaasssee give it a listen. Jaimoe is the last original surviving member and he's black just FYI. Music has no color barriers and I can't listen to most of what is played on the radio cause it doesn't knock for me. I'll stick to real musicians but love the convos on the show. There is too many genres for an all time. They should just pick one criteria like influence or popularity and run with that if they are going to try and do an all time list. Like some of the picks seem obscure to those unfamiliar to that genre causing people get mad but then will get mad at other picks saying they are only here for popularity. I agree with Dupree but R&B is also not the most popular genre. Other popular but not the most popular genres got snubbed as well. Country only had 1 album on the list and metal only had 2 albums on the list, so its not just R&B. There is just not enough room for all the different genres of popular music.
