I'm a fan of B but I'm sorry she's not an icon YET. She has the potential to be one. She does need to step up her lyrics game though. She only has a handful of songs including from the DC years that will stand the test of time and that's what makes an icon. Songs that your children, childrens, children and so forth will know and love. check Prince, Stevie Wonder, Mary J, Aretha, Tina, Beatles, Prince, Mariah, Carole King and so forth.
