Wendy is my queen and a actually goddess! This is actually her solo debut! And while this is the only MV we have, there's actually two title tracks on the album! "When This Rain Stops" and "Like Water".

Idk if it’s because her voice is the soothing/soulful type and not more aggressive/nasal but people always sleep on Wendy. She’s one of the best (not just in the generation, just overall) and she deserve credit for that. This is her solo debut and her album has double title tracks with the other one being When This Rain Stops. But note that Wendy has also done a solo OST predebut for the drama Mimi and she did a collab with John Legend called Written in the Stars. She’ll be singing this song live on the 9th and the other on the 11th.

I love this debut so much, the melody, the lyrics, her vocals and the music video are just perfect. This song is perfect for Wendy and even if she didn't write it herself you can feel it's really personal (indeed she told the lyricists the feeling she wanted to convey with it). Btw next I suggest you to react to Mamamoo Decalcomanie and also to Wheein solo when it will come out on the 13th.
