Hi 👋 Kelly! Nice to hear from you! First, be very careful with those mosquitoes - use some kind of repellent - I have friends who have contracted Lyme disease from ticks or mosquitoes and it’s a hard thing to deal with. I love to see your land as you walk and talk to us and it feels so good that you decided to stay there. I will admit that part of that is projection on my part because I’ve had such a struggle with homelessness, it’s hard for me to imagine anyone ever voluntarily giving up such a wonderful home. But, we all have our own paths and your path isn’t mine, nonetheless, it seems like with the passing of Tim, having to leave the stability of your home too would just be too much trauma in such a short time. You know, chances are that things won’t completely unfold as you envision them, as every day we receive more insight and each day could bring an adjustment to your plans. It sounds like you are flexible enough to deal with that. Also smart enough to be a little afraid of what you’re taking on, but courageous enough to move forward anyway. Life is not going to stagnate at you and Tim’s home. It’s going to keep blossoming from the love you’re putting into it, on top of the love you both put into it together.

Thank you. I’d be interested to learn more about your struggle with homelessness. My alternate plan was to throw the towel in, list it, sell it, then hit the road. Part of that still appeals to me because I love the adventure of travel and waking up to the unknown. But I’ve also experienced that even that kind of life develops a routine of its own that can feel stagnant over time. I also live to create and hold space for others to gather and grow in. That’s calling to me more at present. It feels like the path of least resistance too since I’m here and the space is near the point of readiness. And it has so much to offer. Yes, I will be careful for sure. I do a tick check every time I come in from outside.
