Thank you so much for doing an amazing job with my strange story. I don’t know what happened in those few weeks, staying at the school. In my theatre years, I had a few strange experiences- but this one unnerved me the most.

Drew McAdam's photo is VERY strange - that's a full on figure, with facial expression and everything! If anyone did break into the castle (which, as you said, would have been caught out by the motion sensors), I doubt that number 1 on their to-do list would be to stand by the window looking all forlorn... A very interesting story, excellently told as usual! Thank you!

Thanks Claire. Love the description 😄 it does look pretty genuine. We have to take his word it happened at the time and under the circumstances he says it did. If he is telling the truth, its some capture.

Yay!! Another dreary rainy day here, and suddenly it just got better with a new E.E. video! The only problem that arises for me is that the videos make me want to see Scotland again. Somewhere in Edinburgh, on or near Princes Street, there is a bench with a plaque memorializing the marriage of a couple. I can't recall the exact wording, but the couple wishes blessings on their union "... and all our days in our beloved Scotland." I said a quick prayer of blessing for them, and I get choked up each time I remember it.

Just wanted to fervently thank you for pointing my attention to John Tantalon's "Tales From the Crypts of Auld Reekie." It came in the post this morning and I am already devouring it. I also have friends in Iceland who are running from the eruption (again) so my attention is somewhat divided. I will also drop a note to NEN soon as I can this evening.

I love being from England and I love the the fact we have Scotland with us as part of the United Kingdom . I also proud of English History but hate what we did to the Scots, however the horrors went both ways too . The scots killed 1000s of English but i fear none of this would have happened if England did now try to take Scotland for its own . Guess its what you can call it (dirty history) ..Love Scotland, least more than I love south England . Being from north Yorkshire I find I have more in common with Scotland that I do the south. North is always where my heart is ..On with the ghostly tails

How is Herriot's for people of all backgrounds? It's Private school for rich kids! You have to pass an exam to get in....and your parents finances have to be checked, even IF you can afford the ludicrous cost to attend the school!
