Every time he's above the Phoenix Force, above every mutant. In existence. Hell, I bet he could even take on all the children of Magneto Legion versus Wanda, Pietro and Lana. All by himself, my friend.

Franklin Richards and Mathew Malloy would be the most terrifying duo, as if a friendship could be made with them it'll be like seeing an artist and a writer create their own comic series and then (us the readers) follow the series until the plot suddenly reminds us we're reading a comic, within a comic book, within a comic series. and the only way the series is stopped is the publishing company stamping the final panel with a "discontinued" announcement.

Latest feats (Fall of the House of X #4) while fighting in space, she brought pure Lightning from earth all the way to another planet to defeat Nimrod which cyclops and magneto couldnt even beat. She even created a Red sun in one point in comics i think its in Sins of Sinister.

Franklin Richard's is not a mutaun he got his powers the same way the hulk Spiderman and the fantastic 4 got them . From a freak accident. November 18 2020 it was discovered proven Franklin Richard's was using his powers to make it look like he was a mutaim but infact never was .

Let's say someone went back in time stabbed Steve Roger's mom in the belly with super serum 5 minutes befor he was born . And Steve claws his way out of her killing her. .. Would he be a mutan? Jean Grey is not the Phoenix Force. Not sure why Phoenix Force-empowered Jean is held up as an an accurate representation of HER powers when it's not any more than Enigma Force-empowered Spider-Man is of his.

I never understood how Mikhail Rasputin is NOT omega level, he literally has matter manipulation, energy manipulation, control of portals and dimensional travel. Not to mention healing abilities the man is sooo OP these lists make no sense

His actual mutation is spatial warping but its not absolute. It’s more at the primitive level. This is why he is classified as an alpha level mutant.
