Love it, the theming around the area looks so good already! Love the candy-mulch patch with the screen there and the ivy covered wall in the back, great details! :) Omg though, what are those dirt textures on top of the maintenance building? Are those done with billboards or is there some awesome piece I haven't seen yet? Looks awesome! Great job as always! :)

Thanks man! Those pieces are the webs from the spooky pack just re colored to look like rust or dirt lol. It works pretty well!
