Warning for both of the beginner islands, while relatively safe they both sport a rare ceratosaur spawn. So just be wary and not sprinting around every rock

Yeah to be honest, I'd say the north tropical island is much safer, the southern one can even potentially spawn the odd Rex and Carno around the Obelisk area so it can get a little dangerous XD

Regarding #11 and #12: I dont know how it is in ASA, but in ASE, it is possible to find bee hives placed right above the snappoint for Tree platforms.. This means that if you have a Dire bear, you dont *have* to tame a Queen Bee, if you are not up for that, and sap taps can be placed for a 2-for-1 deal.. Place the platform and secure it from hostile creatures, get the bear up there (Cryopod and a temp fridge is a solution) and make sure it has plenty of food in it.. Then, whenever you swing by for getting the sap, you can just ride the bear and whack the hive with the right click attack for 15 Honey.. Sadly I dont think bee hives spawns on top of each other like in ASE's The Center, so its a pretty slow method.. Buuut... Then you dont have to worry about keeping the tamed bee hive alive with rare flowers, because if a bee hive runs out of rare flowers, it will destroy and the bee is lost..

I think it is possible! Most of the time the beehives are below the tree platforms, I just build ramps up to the lower beehives a lot of the time for my bear, not as efficient ofcourse XD

@@BEYPlaysGames yeah most hives are just below or at height with the platform snap points, but it is possible (at least in ASE) to find a few hives above it.. 🤭 But yeah, a ramp works too, in a pinch.. :) I dont really need a bee hive in ASE, cuz the hives are layered as mad as they are.. Just gotta keep swinging that right paw.. Also, GG on making it into the crunch..

I use the honey gathering a lot and the Fishing Rod to give it a lifetime spoil timer, I do usually tame a hive or 2 but sometimes I use it all in one go so it's nice to have all the back up honey on the rods ready to go when I need it! For the boss arena If your playing modded Arco is a better rex but harder to obtain Deinotherium attack and defense roars do stack with the Yuty Deinosuchus iirc can bleed the bosses and is a slightly weaker rex in terms of stats Vectispinus can buff the spino(+ 25% melee defense and speed) which i believe does stack with the hydrating buff while having its own hydrating buff

Btw another tip, taking a breeding pair of Ovis, killling them and using a chainsaw will give you thousands of hide

But only works well if you have the chainsaw.. Back when Raasclark did his first ASA The Island playthrough, he found that the best way to farm hide (at that time) was breeding Phiomias and killing the babies with a Therizino.. He tried so many things, but ended up building a pig silo.. 😂 I cant play ASA myself, but back then he found that babies did actually give less hide than adults, but I dunno if that was a bug that has since been fixed, since Bey shows the penguin poly farming on none-adults..

@@MissZume Typically babies don't give much of anything other than prime meat unless the server has boosted rates haha, for example with tamed baby Penguins the Pelagornis gets barely any Poly but if you let them mature to adult and harvest them with the Moschops it's better. I used the Theri too for a hide farm back before Scorched was added...would kill sheep and use the bite attack for hide, would get quite alot but yeah i'm not surprised Raas tried Phiomias, that's the next best thing, easy to raise and Ovis are very difficult to find minus Scorched haha, they are weirdly more common on Scorched XD

yep yep. therizino is the best boss dino around. it does almost every boss in teh game. fast torpor drops. high hp and dmg that is 98% scaled of the rex but with the speed attacks of a spino. smaller and more efficient. veggie cake healable. better pathfinding. it does tek cave adn overseer amazing too . coupled by the fact that it can also jack of all trades almost all harvesting when not in fights, its hard to say no to theriziNO

I wanted to experiment with putting one enclosed on a redwood platform and setting it on wander. To see if you can grap the taps and the passive collection. Although they are most useful on scorched earth since they gather sap from Joshua Trees

Also there is a time delay AFTER beating the bosses on The Center. Game will recognize it 5-8 min after you beat it then you’ll be able to collect.

So they did change the amount of Element that was rewarded? I ran the Alpha boss when the Center released and you'd get the amount of Element killing the bosses off their death cache and the loot crate after giving a bunch more adding up to I think 516 Element which was massive, was going to add it to the video and when I tried again I noticed that the bosses don't drop any anymore and it's all found in 2 loot crates after the fight, kinda annoying they changed it, was nice being rewarded with extra!

Tbh I alwaaaays forget about how good its auto harvest is...i'm too lazy to wait for it a lot of the time, But yeah I left my Theri in the pearl cave inside one of the flower bushes for a day and it had 1.3k flowers 🤣I'll be sure to remember it for next time because it is definitely better, I'm surprised I remembered most of the things I did tbh, barely slept the last few days!

I just want to say they have a pyromane mod. I know this is not the point of the video. Thank you. I'm actually I'm trying out a server. That has no mods, because my friend. They have a fully modern server. Help us well. I'm not trying out with no monds. I still want the cry upon Moth. That's why I'm not an official. Cause I would play official if they wasn't garbage cryo. Pods on there, but yeah. I just wanted to say to everyone. They have a pyromane mod that free. The only difference is it's not the same pyromane. That 1 will still say you got to pay to unlock it, but it does the same stuff as this one And I just like the look of the o. Ji shadow mane, and this one looks like the shadow main. Mix with the pyromane, and it's probably easier to tame

The reason ark cheating is so bad,duping is bad, mega tribes are bad, and pillar spamming on pve is so bad is because there is thousand's of people selling tames, items, base spots, boss fights, etc for cash on facebook, ebay, and other marketplace sites, thousands maybe millions of dollars is the incentive, the more money people spend on those sites the more cheaters do what they do. The more people on pve will spam land just to keep people from using it because they want to have a monopoly on the digital real estate and assests. casual players will be over shadowed by literal company's. every thing else is a symptom of a problem this is the problem.

I remembered when scorched dropped and I was so excited to get it, seeing the pyromane is so disappointing understanding it’s the same game

It really sucks that they added the Pyromane, I get that they have to make money but why did they make it so strong, just add cool creatures that add some nice utility or something that isn't OP, I hope it gets nerfed to the ground, it's too early for them to add stupidly overpowered creatures like this.

I don't agree with a lot of what the DEVS are doing. But they do need money for future projects, I don't actually mind having the choice to pay for creatures IF they are not pay 2 win, Pyromane is ridiculously advantageous in PVP, which is so unfair for players that they are in the position where they are forced to buy it, I hate the thing myself! But I love this game, there is still nothing on the market that comes close to how fun and addictive ARK is and that is my honest opinion and that is why I play this game and make videos for others who enjoy the game as much as I do!

Same, although I do think Aberration or Ragnarok were the best looking maps! I can't wait to see what Ab looks like!
