Bezzera BB005 repair

Начала "клинить" кофемолка при помоле светлой обжарки. Разобрал. Под пластиковую деталь (крыльчатка-держатель нижнего жернова) забивается кофейная пыль и затрудняет вращение вала. В сочетании с повышенной нагрузкой твердым зерном - кофемолка не справляется. На видео не характерное загрязнение. Разбирал уже до этого и чистил. Весь верхний подшипник был забит кофе. молке 7 лет. У некоторых пользователей срывало зубья пластиковой шестерни в редукторе. Лучше до такого не доводить. Разобрать и почистить.

I've used this in a high-traffic environment for more than 10 years, grinding around 6kg at month and it's still working. I'm using a very fine grind, around 14g dose. The instruction for removing the hopper is wrong, you only need to remove the two screws and you can slide the whole hopper old with the nylon neck. For most people doing cleaning, you will only have to remove the hopper and top cover which is in the polished surface. You will get assess to the burr. Cleaning-wise, it's so much easier to clean than those that screw the top burrs in. The difficulty in cleaning those is you will need to slowly pick out all the debris in the screw threads after each removal and apply a fresh coat of grease. If you don't remove those debris and force it in, it will cause the upper burrs to jam and you will have a hard time removing it.

Hey, thanks for the video. My bb005 has a squeaky noise whenever it grinds. Any idea which part of it needs fixing? Also what burrs does the grinder use?

How do you get the knob off that controls grind size, at the very beginning? Mine doesn't have a screw.

It was very difficult. There's glue between metal and plastic. Take it with a heat gun. And extract it with a flat tool. Be careful

In combination with the correct gear ratio of the gearbox, the coffee grinders work for a long time. But they still do not like very fine grinding.
