To celebrate our new show SWAPPED, we recreated each others’ Instagram photos for a day (okay, more like three hours) and have our final products to show you. And dare we say, we actually…SUCCEEDED?!?!
Recreating friends’ and celebrity Instagram photos is the new big thing on the interwebs these days - so BFFs Joslyn & Lily decided to try it too. From Santa Monica to Beverly Hills, join us on a Beauty Break adventure around LA as we attempt to recreate the others’ most Instagram photos & obviously vlog the entire artistic process.(the more #aesthetic, the better!!)

AmyM& Beauty we weren’t saying that at all . We were saying we think she looks great because she would of had to work really hard to lose weight. I think she has always been beautiful but in this video she seemed to me like she was glowing in confidence and really happy with her self. So I think she deserved some praise for it .

Bri 03 I get that, but if comments like that are made and lets say she gains the weight back, that's going to immediately make her feel like she's not as beautiful anymore because instead of people simply saying she's looking fantastic, they're implying that she's only looking great from the weight loss. I don't know, I get what you mean totally, I just see it as, that's the type of thing that makes girls think they have to be a certain size to be considered beautiful. I think it better to say wow lily, you're looking really great! Instead of saying something like, lily's looks like she's lost a ton of weight, she looks great. See what I mean?

June Deer Yeah, everyone's been saying that recently. She's been losing weight for a long time but I think everyone is noticing now because she's maybe gotten down to her goal weight and she's also been showing off her body a lot so we can really see it. As she should! she looks great.

Jøsh Lampkin It's a problem because it comes across as saying there was something "not beautiful" about how she looked before she lost weight! If you think someone looks good, than say "you look good", not "oh you've lost some weight you look great". Imagine how she'd feel if she gained that weight back? Probably pretty shitty and like she wasn't "looking great" because people commented about her weight specifically, instead of just saying she looks great in general. See the difference? That's what makes all these girls out here feel like they have to look and be a certain size in order to be considered beautiful.
